Worst lady manager or customer assistant in Neath Argos. This person hasn't got any skills how to treat the customer and soon as she's see the vurnable customer she rejecte the refund or exchange the theirs item and she's telling them because they have opened the box and can't selling again even if it's wrong item but if you say faulty then she will accept. I have taken one item to Neath Argos to exchange with right one and person told me that can't exchange it becouse box is open but if I was lie to her and saying item was faulty then she would change the item and I was honest to them I also noticed that couple times when she done this to other customers. Argos seriously should not keep this person because she's cost Argos fortune to keep loosing their customers. What I have written down is honest and truthful with no lie involves.

Never seem to have a lot of in-stock items... only available at larger stores be and much further away. Unable to order from Tu clothing to have free delivery and pickup......Swansea and Bridgend nearest stores available 😡

Stuff''s "Always there when call & Always on time" are the purchases/orders with great friendly, helpful Staff.. If something's out of stock (which rarely happens) there's never been a problem ordering/receiving it. TOP STOP. .

Had what I wanted but there was a wait at the till to pay as staff were elsewhere in the store.

Very poor customer service. Wanted to exchange a christmas present. The box had an argos label and was sent packing. Was made to feel like a criminal to be honest.

Easy to get to, really fast service.

Helpful staff. Store usually has reasonable collection at stalk if reserved before coming. The main problem is parking on roadside which is very limited

Peri is rude and condescending, insisting I stand 2 metres away from her, but then expect me to come within half a metre of herself to collect item.. hypocrite.

Working hard to keep us all safe during Covid. Feel sorry for them getting moaned at by other customers whilst waiting thier turn to enter the shop.
