The Fitness Forge is brilliant and addictive!! Since joining in August i consistently attend 5 classes a week and would do more if i had the time. Its a relaxed & friendly environment with a great community of people training & exercising. The app for booking is super easy to use and keeps track of all your classes. The team, Max, Victoria & Katie are always on hand should you need any help or have any questions.

Great gym with friendly staff. A really good mix of equipment and great offering of classes both instructor led and virtual. A really welcoming environment whether you're experienced or just starting out. 100% recommend.

A well equipped and spacious gym with everything you need to train hard! Very friendly atmosphere and perfect if you want to lift heavy weights but equally great if you want to do classes or get some cardio in.

A very friendly gym with great equipment and plenty of variation for a good workout. Lots of machines so you aren't waiting to use a certain one, great welcoming staff and a comfortable atmosphere.

I have used this gym on a regular basis for the past 4 months. As a gym novice I was apprehensive to get started so I booked some personally training sessions with Max. He has created specific plan plan and makes sure I'm improving week on week. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend this gym to anyone

Would 100% recommend this gym. It’s the best gym I have had the pleasure of being a part of, it’s like one big family, everyone is so friendly and the staff are all amazing! I started out with no confidence and severe anxiety but this is like my second home now and somewhere I always feel comfortable being which is a big thing for me! Could not shout out about this place enough! I love it.

Nice, friendly gym. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The classes are very good, and adapted to all levels of fitness. The gym itself, equipment is excellent and always adding new equipment from feedback. If you are new or an experienced gym person then this is the place to come.

It took me at least 6months to have the courage to walk through the door as I'm not a gym person. But instantly all the staff are so friendly & welcoming which makes a really relaxed & enjoyable atmosphere and welcome to all abilities. The classes are great, and there is never a que for the equipment.

This is just the best gym. Very friendly, all staff really helpful and they actually care about every person who goes here. Cannot recommend highly enough. Been a member for a few years and would not go anywhere else.
