The guys today did a fab job replacing the cracked back of my S21 Ultra. Very knowledgeable and the work was done in a couple of hours. Highly recommend and brilliant to know they are there for any other issues I have with my phone. So helpful and knowledgeable!

The Samsung support centre I cannot praise enough recently had to get my Samsung flip 3 screen protector replaced. The guys in the centre really helped and got it sorted within an hour. Then my second visit unfortunately was a broken screen on the flip which is very expensive, if you want your Samsung screen fixed properly take it to the support centre as you know it will be fixed properly and they know what they are doing. Lovely team and honestly cannot praise this support centre enough. Many thanks guys.

Unbelievably bad service, don't waste your time. My phone has dead pixels, I've had it only 2 months and it has no damage in any way. I also have Samsung care plus insurance. Amazingly, the staff in store said they couldn't help me with the phone, and told me to sell it as soon as possible and never buy Samsung again. I am speechless. Complete waste of time.

I had a problem with my Samsung 21fe phone and I contacted the Samsung store I spoken to a guy called Stephen who was very welcoming and professional I went into the store itself and was greater by Stephen also his customer service skills were above and beyond he talked me threw everything very clearly and explained the time frame that I would be waiting to get my phone back I went back to see Stephen my phone was fully repaired cleaned and overall 110% working better than brand new

Great service. I had an issue with my phone that I couldn't get sorted with Samsung online. Got an appointment at the Ann St store later that morning and it was fixed within a few days. All made very easy by having a high street store you can walk in to

Very enthusiastic to help and explained everything, my z flip needed a new back and a new screen due to the fold and all was fixed and left tip top in 3 hrs ... really fantastic place and the replacement screen was free , staff were 1st class on each occasion could not fault and that's a rarity for me

Left my S23 ultra in for an insurance repair for a broken screen and back glass. Was told it could take 5 working days due to insurance rules, but had it back in 2. The two fellas (can't remember their names but left it in on Tuesday 25th July) sorted me out, very much appreciated. Replaced the battered bezel too. Phone looks like it just came out of the box brand new, Brilliant service, highly recommended. My advice to anyone (from experience with non insurance repairs) it may cost a bit more, but you're better off using this place for a repair, high quality work, experienced staff, genuine parts, warranty and somewhere reliable to go back to. Left my phone in for a replacement screen after being messed around by an independent phone repair shop. The staff here were very helpful and within around 5mins my phone was checked in for repair. Just a few hours later my phone was ready to collect, as good as new. The price was slightly more expensive than I was being quoted elsewhere, but included a new battery and gave me piece of mind the job was done right, with genuine parts. If I need any repairs to a Samsung device in future, I won't even consider going anywhere else other than Samsung Belfast.

Had a screen saver replaced on my flip 4 today. The guy in the shop was amazingly helpful. I had an unexpected event and he did everything in his power to get the job done quickly even though they were "snowed under". Could not have had better service and the job was excellent. Had a further visit to this support centre to have the screen on my Samsung tab S6 replaced. The service, advice and expert knowledge was excellent and a great job done at what I consider a reasonable price. Special thanks to Omar who was so helpful.

The guys in Samsung Ann St Belfast were so professional and helpful in addressing my sons tablet issues. A first class service. Many retailers are moving to online only customer support and I firmly believe proper customer support is being lost when don't maintain the ability to walk into a shop like this one. Thanks

Stephen was brilliant in getting my A53 samsung sorted. Brand new phone and I hadn't used it but sim card was stuck inside. Left it with shop and was sorted very quickly same day. I was so pleased that it was possible to do same day. Would have no hesitation in going back to this shop. Great customer service and support friendly and welcoming. Thanks Stephen.

Excellent customer service. Used this store now for a screen repair and charger port replacement on a galaxy a10. They also put a new battery in the phone for me free of charge which was very kind of them. The phone was like brand new when I got it back. I also had them replace the glass back panel on another galaxy phone and paid the extra to have the phone back to me the same day. This was great and a quick turnaround where they kept me updated when the parts were available to make sure I wasn't without my phone for a long period of time. I shopped around before using the Samsung store in Belfast and these guys were the most competitively priced and all their work comes with a reassuring guarantee. Will be using this store again if I need to in future and would highly recommend to anyone for Samsung devices rather than using some of the common alternatives on the high street there are.

Had a speaker problem with my phone,left it into these guys and received it back fixed the same day. Great place to go to get your samsung devices fixed. Very professional and friendly. Every one of the guys I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and comfortable to deal with. They did a great job of replacing the screen on my phone at a rate which was better than advertised by Samsung. The whole thing took about 2 hours,which was very impressive. Excellent service from Samsung repair today. We were able to collect my husbands phone directly from shop after repair. Guy was very friendly and helpful and showed us how everything was working again. First class service.

Dropped off my phone for a repair as it had randomly turned off and no reset would make it turn on again. Had it sorted in two days which was quicker than expected and all within warranty! The guy was brilliant, kept forgetting to ask his name but many thanks!!

Left my ear buds in for repair last Friday afternoon and I had them back by Tuesday afternoon, despite them being sent to Germany. Brilliant service and the guys in the shop itself were great!
