Nice ice-cream over priced just McDonald's quarter of the price. And last time I went in the staff member put too much in the tub so threw it in the bin and made me a smaller portion what a waste.

Visited on lots of recommendations however completely underwhelmed. Ice cream tasted like a whippy mcflurry. Very disappointed, there are far better ice cream shops around unfortunately!

Best ice cream in town. Very friendly staff with always a smile. Service is quite quick and neat, though there was a big queue. Liked their salted caramel so much. Classic vanilla is also a must try!!Well famous in town! Card payment accepted. They have all varieties of fudge, cone, litre cans!!

It's Joe's Ice Cream, it really is incredible ice cream it puts the premium brands in the supermarkets to shame. The tub sizes are great there's such a selection you're sure to find the right size for you, also the ice cream menu is wonderful, I do love the strawberry marshmallow sundae plus they sell tubes that you can take home, I wish there were branches nationwide. This particular branch is great for parking plus you can get your lunch next door then pop in here for your desert, just make sure to leave plenty of room for a large sundae as you will want more and it's worth it. If you want a suit down experience then I'd recommend the Swansea branch or the Mumbles branch (expect to queue here on a hot day).

I absolutely love joes! The raspberry crumble Sundae is my favourite - highly recommend

This is clearly a very popular place in the area, but the quality of the ice cream explains why. The Turkish delight tasted just like Fry's while the vanilla is creamy and not overpowering.

Since a child I've always loved Joe's. The best Ice Cream in the world!!! This Parlour is always so clean and welcoming. Was served by a very friendly, knowledgeable member of staff, Daisy. All the staff here are always so friendly and welcoming.

What can I say, a smooth and fluffy ice cream that us full in flavor. Such a perfect way to end your day in Swansea and chill with a cold treat in a cold rainy weather. Loved it!

Staff were unenthusiastic and not particularly helpful. I asked if there were any pictures of the Sundays and all I got was a shrug. I didn’t get much more of a response when I asked what toppings they had. There was nowhere to sit. The ice cream was ok but I won’t be bothering again.

Love Joe's and so pleased that is is so near my new home. North Pole is my favourite with chocolate, strawberry sauce and cream.

Plenty of ice cream flavours available in small medium or large. You can sit in or take away. Very tasty. I had a peach sundae

JOE'S ICE CREAM if you are ever in Swansea go to one of the JOE'S , parlours you will not regret it. Bad points it is on the expensive side but when we do go past one of JOE'S shops can't stop myself lol 😂

Ice cream is stupendous. Best in the UK. This particular outlet has a parking area which is shared with the other food shops and its just too small!

Simply the richest flavoured icecream this side of Sardinia! We have nice icecream in Britain, but having tried various flavours in many different venues throughout England, Scotland and Wales, several in Germany, Belgium France Spain and Austria, the only place I've had as good as Joe's Icecream, is Italy! If you haven't tried some yet, you are in for a treat. The taste at the shops that actually make it in house, are definitely better than stockists, but it's difficult to pick the best of all, it's that good. I tend to get a tub two scoops is nice, 3 is better though. There are different flavours on offer, with a variety of toppings. My "go-to" is vanilla and it is amazingly creamy, the other flavours follow suit. It is one of our treats in and around the Swansea Bay area, I cannot recommend it enough.

Very friendly staff, Joes is the best ice cream you can get. There is no waiting around in long queues as there are plenty of staff there to take and prepare your orders. It is a well oiled machine, slick operation.

Busy but really well staffed to cope with the demand so ser ed in no time. Excellent staff, and the ice cream is as good as I remember from 20 years ago!

Don't bother with the Coffee nut sundae - the 'coffee' sauce has absolutely no taste of coffee and is in fact slightly salty. Tastes more like weak salted caramel. Hugely disappointing considering the extortionate prices. Also, about time they got rid of the plastic spoons and containers!!

Lovely staff member that served me today, she was very patient with my daughter while she decided what she wanted. Very quick and as always amazing icecream

I had a double scoop tub of vanilla ice cream, with raspberry sauce, for £3. Best ice cream I've tasted in years - if not ever !

We visit Joe's every time we return to Swansea. Over the years the taste has changed from the ice cream we had in the 1970"s to the taste now. We went to the shop near Asda in Morristown and were mortified to find that there was NO taste at all to the ice cream. The ice cream looked appetizing, but had no taste whatsoever. All five of us who went there feel that the makers now go for profit and forget the quality. None of us will bother going to Joe's e ver again.

When you see 30 people stood outside a shop waiting for ice cream you know it's special. If your going to try one thing when in Wales then this has to be on the list. Can't explain the flavour so try it!

Visited Joe’s on a very busy Saturday. When I told them one of the ice creams was for someone with a nut allergy the staff went out of the way to be helpful. They used new utensils...opened up a new tub of ice cream… used new spoons and a new pack of wafers. This is not always the case with all food outlets when you mention a nut allergy. Well done Joe’s… we will be back soon!
