Me and my husband had the best risotto at this restaurant! And our children really enjoyed their chicken goujons. But not only the food was delicious and authentic, but also the service and the interaction of the staff was amazing! They all seemed very friendly and helpful. Especially, the Spanish guy (unfortunately, I don't know his name), who was really kind and outgoing. I highly recommend this place and I hope we will be able to come back here anytime soon.

Found this place using "fine dining near me" whilst on a business trip to Swansea. All 5 of us really enjoyed all of the food which came out. Not a single complaint or even a comment to make it "better" Was perfect, exactly as it was. Staff were also really friendly with nothing too much trouble. Would definitely visit again when we are back in Swansea for sure

First time going here with my girlfriend, all I can say is from the moment you walk in you're greeted and treated so well, the staff were amazingly attentive, making sure everything was perfect, I would give the staff 6 stars if possible. The food was absolutely delicious, starters of scallops for my Girlfriend and chorizo in red wine for me was beautiful. We walked out and the first thing we said was we'll definitely be going back. An amazing meal, thank you to all involved

We went here for a family birthday on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere was great, a perfectly cosy Mediterranean restaurant. The staff were great. Friendly and welcoming. The food was very good. Price: most starters were £7-£10. Mains £11-14. (There were one or two items, such as lobster that were £30+) There was a set meal for around £22, but only available Mon-Thurs. As we had 10 people in our group, a deposit of £10/person was required. Which is reasonable, but worth noting. There was a slight mixup with one of our mains, but this was sorted quickly and without any fuss. As we were a large party, this doesn't seem like a huge issue. I will definitely visit again. Recommended.

After reading good reviews.. myself and family booked a table. Some friendly staff and some not .however whilst eating our food different members of staff was back and fore whilst eating asking would we like to purchase more drinks. And taking drinks away that wasn't even finished.Want be in a hurry to visit again very off putting not being able to enjoy a family meal. Just seem to be more concerned to make money on ordering us ordering more drinks. Very disappointed 😞

This place should be great but unfortunately most staff just do not know a lot about the food they are serving. Go there with any kind of dietary requirements, and you're going to need to help the staff understand what is in each dish. Not great for gluten free options and I think that stems from not understanding what gluten is in the first place. I was served a double straight whisky in a pint glass, kind of sums up the level of service I won't be returning any time soon

The food was nice but not very big portions. Menu doesn't give enough detail e.g. some fish are not filleted and some take half hour to prepare, had to have my third choice for these reason and it come with a tiny amount of rice and potatoes. There are no dairy free options for desert, nor do they provide any dairy free milk for coffee, I was told I could have a bowl of strawberries and a black coffee! But yet at the bottom of the menu if says if you have any dietary requirements/allergies to let them know 🤔 A male at my table visited the toilets and said they weren't very clean. That said, I would give it another try, and it may be better now I'm pre-armed with this knowledge. (Photo is of the Salmon in breadcrumbs).

Tried this little gem of a restaurant on a whim this evening, saw some photos of the food a mate had there so thought we'd give it a try, best choice we've made in ages, the restaurant is fantastic, great atmosphere, beautiful decor, service is spot on, professional but fun and welcoming, the food was perfect too, can't fault the place and will definitely return!

My husband took me here for the first time ever and I loved it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and seated immediately (we had booked prior). The menu is amazing and there's lots of choice between either Spanish or Italian cuisine. As it was Saturday we weren't able to have the set meal with 3 items which we were gutted about, but there's no complaints as the food was amazing! Lovely little place. Only downside was difficulty to find parking.

We spent our 3rd New Year's Eve in 4 at La Casona on Saturday. We were first to book a table back in October. The table was booked for 7.30. At 9.15 having just had a second bottle of wine delivered and waiting for one sweet, we were told we would have to vacate the table as there were other guests waiting. the sweet was promptly delivered when we said we were waiting for it. There was nowhere to sit and drink the wine as the seated waiting area was full. This left a sour feeling and having previously recommended this restaurant we won't be doing so any longer. At no stage were we told that the table was available for a limited time. In previous years and previous visits we have had the table for the whole evening. I don't envisage going to this restaurant again.

Dined at La Casona on Fri evening, the service was good and the menu choice a mixture of Italian and Spanish dishes was excellent, we enjoyed starters of calamari and chicken liver which were great! Unfortunately when our mains arrived my wife discovered a live caterpillar wriggling in her side salad! This put a pit of a damper on the evening, the staff apologised and replaced it but unfortunately the damage was done! Disappointed that there was nothing taken off the bill or a complimentary drink offered!

Another beautiful meal, went for a steak this time as it was recommended and have to say the 16oz T bone didn't disapoint, was cooked to perfection, the staff are always very helpful

Excellent food and fantastic service. At the higher end of prices for restaurants I've visited but it was a special occasion. Very on the ball about allergens, excellent service and terrific food with good portion sizes.

absolutely disappointed from food, service good but the rest not. food wise just normal Pub food and for that over priced. Had the Mixed Grill plate and well done doesn't equal burned... chicken wings just black, also the spare ribs and the chicken breast...the garlic baguette just a normal baguette and they put the garlic butter on top and it was just soacked...it reminded me very of an frozen one from Lidl and then just a bit butter added...the rice was much to salty, I don't know why to put salt on rice anyway but is ok but it was to much....overall 2 Adults and 1 Child and £90 later very disappointed and as I said not worth the money...just do the cooking and don't try to be too posh...Not again...sorry

The food is superb and the staff friendly. We very much enjoyed our meal here the twice we have been.
