Poor service from 2 women on reception. Insisted on opening my carefully packaged parcel, with all the correct labels, destroying the box. Made me feel like a prisoner, wanting to see the actual item being sent.. never had that at the post office, which i will use in future. Wanted me to buy their box, which i refused. And then tried to steal £27.80 to deliver this really tin and light parcel to the north of England.checked website later and found they would have collected it from me and delivered for£7.50.. incompetent and rude staff comes to my mind Eventually after being made to feel uncomfortable i picked up my parcel and left. Wasted 20mins of my life dealing with incompetent people..

Very straight forward return package, unfortunately did not know beforehand that it would need opening for inspection. Staff were very good and repacked the item. Ring the bell to the left of the reception desk if no one around.

You can drop off parcels and the nice people deliver them - it's real magic!

Seems OK, beware though, there's a big DHL and a big DHL Express Depot within 200yrds of each other. I went to the wrong one first. I was redirected to the right one where I joined a queue behind a chap who, as it turned out, needed to be in the one I'd just left. Better signage needed. Much better.

Just wanted to drop off a prepaid parcel, but it took a while as it had to be unpacked for checking

Having waited 30 minutes whilst they served 1 customer I asked when the express bit started. 5 more minutes and I decided to take my parcel to the post office . In and out in 3 minutes. Never again.

DHL came 1 hour before they were due (allegedly) said I missed delivery. But left no card!?

I will never use this courier again. If you want to check everyones parcels then add this to your website. I think its disgusting that all my xmas pressies had to be opened and then resealed. I will make sure I notify everyone I know, and DHL will lose alot of customers.

Second day of waiting in for dhl driver to collect parcel from me, spoke to somewhere in South africa help centre??? Will never use DHL again for anything awful service and will be seeking a refund
