    These guys are great, cannot speak highly enough about them. Services are painless, slight wait for some parts, but that’s covid delays for you… Alex is awesome. I’ve only met him 3 or 4 times over 8 years, but he remembers me, calls or emails me yearly with new deals. Superb service.

    Nathalie provided great service. She took us on a test drive and explained the features of the car very well. She made sure we understood the finance deal and gave us a deal that we were happy with. She was extremely cheerful throughout. During the lead time she kept us updated on the progress of our from the build to delivery and handover. Excellent service all around.

    Explained things very well.Martin was good on his part of job. Everything went quite smoothly. They had given me 6months waiting time but arrived in 4months which was pretty good. Enjoying my car.

    The service was carried out very well and promptly. It may be an idea to tell customers what they get in terms of washing and valeting the car. Otherwise all fine Thankyou

    prompt courteous at reception when delivering and confirmed that I did not require a full service as I was no where near either the time or mileage requirements. Work carried out as stated including a free clean inside and out. could not wish for any better.

    Just picked up our new Dacia Jogger today - fantastic car! ( our third new Dacia from SMC Weybridge) such a professional service especially from Martin Payn who just seems to get everything sorted without any problems whatsoever.

    I’ve bought a couple of cars from here and everyone from the sales to servicing team provide an excellent service. On our recent purchase we returned from holiday to find a scratch on the rear of the vehicle we were trading in, which wasn’t there when it was valued. But Alex and Rob were able to honour the original value so I was not adversely affected. Can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re considering a new vehicle. My new wheels are fab!!

    Can I just say Nathalie was great, everything was made easy and I was kept up to date from the moment I put down my holding deposit, the car was prepped extremely well and was immaculate when I received it. Thank you Nathalie!

    I needed a new car at short notice. My last few cars have all come from SMC Renault in Weybridge and once again they have come up trumps. I visited other car dealerships to look at a variety of makes of car and was very disappointed at the service I received. Some made no effort to sell to me at all! At SMC however I was looked after by a delightful young man, Ben. Although he has only been at SMC for a few months he was excellent. He knew all about the cars and nothing was too much trouble for him. I look forward to SMC service looking after my Kadjar for years to come. Thank you.

    Jacob went above and beyond to help me today when my car door would not lock, resulting in multiple issues with the car. He knew exactly what it was as soon as I explained the issue and was able to rectify it in minutes! Thank you so much. I will definitely be using him again!

    The Service and Parts department provided great service before and on the day. They were knowledgeable and polite despite it being the end of a busy week. The parts had been on back order and they had kept me up to date with their progress. The work was completed on time , at a reasonable cost and the car was cleaned, always a bonus. Its great to be able to write a good review. Well done Weybridge.

    From the moment we walked into the show room and met the staff I new we were in safe hands the salesman (Martin) made the hole buying experience so easy and was very friendly.The car has just been in for its first service. The service team never let the side down the car was pick up from home and delivered back the driver was very polite. The car came back nice and clean inside and out. Thank you SMC Weybridge.

    We just bought our new car from SMC Weybridge and so happy with the service received from Nathalie. This is our first electric car and first car on finance so lots of new things to get our heads around! Nathalie was fantastic at making sure we understood all of the options and work out the right decision for us. Importantly we never felt under pressure to rush any decisions (which was a stark contrast to a quite unpleasant experience we had test driving another make of car elsewhere!) and helped us feel really confident with our choice. We are so happy with our new car and would highly recommend Nathalie and SMC Weybridge to anyone.

    Your receptionist was wonderful, polite professional friendly and knowledgeable !! My car was returned clean and repaired, it is going back tomorrow, to fit parts that needed to be ordered.

    I recently bought a nearly new Renault Captur from SMC Weybridge and the car was supplied in excellent condition. Above all, the sales staff were exceptionally helpful, providing very clear advice, information and handling the paperwork promptly and efficiently.

    Timing belt and MOT completed. Health check was a nice bonus. Topping up fluids I expected so I’m glad it was done. However, I did ask to update the r link to latest version and I was told ‘everything was up to date’ some research at home suggests otherwise.

    We used SMC motors in Weybridge to buy a new Dacia and were really happy with the whole experience. Alex looked after us throughout the process from test driving to having the car ordered from the manufacturer. Alex was very down to earth, honest, and not pushy in the slightest. He kept in contact with us through the process, but didn’t hassle us while we took a few days to think about things after the test drive. When we had made our decision Alex made the buying process very simple and quick. Overall we were really happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend this dealership.
