Had the most incredible tour with William. The tour was so informative and interesting. Williams did an amazing job of being unbiased and telling us so much about the Troubles and what it was like for the people in that time and until present day. We felt so honoured to hear the stories from someone who had lived through it themselves. He answered all our questions and went above and beyond to explain whatever we asked. This has been an absolute highlight of my trip to the UK. Could not recommend it enough!

A spectacular day touring Northern Ireland with Stevie. He was a very friendly and informative tour guide and a safe driver. The van was comfortable. He adjusted to our needs and made smart recommendations. Unlike some tour guides, he didn't just sit in the van at most destinations but would walk with us to share info and make sure we got to the right spots. Stevie also did a wonderful job of conveying the history of the Troubles and sharing how they still impact people's lives today.

I am more than delighted to have taken this tour. Even tough, I was by myself. Danny H. has a wide range of knowledge. A war is a two-side coin history, I am very glad that this is not a tour to go into instagram, tik tok, etc.; it is a tour that helps you understand why as human we are like this. It is a must do if you come to Belfast. History is something that we should always be aware of. Thanks Danny H. I just wish this city come into peace very soon.

My friend and I completely enjoyed our cab experience with Pody. I’m from California and my friend is from Dublin, and despite our very different levels of previous knowledge about what transpired during the worst times in Belfast, we both learned so much. Our driver was entertaining, very knowledgeable and - most important to us - completely neutral in the manner in which he informed us about past events. I highly recommend all visitors take this enlightening tour.

Great tour with Danny.L very informative and interesting and a really nice guy ( even if he did take the mick out of my height 😂 ). You need to do this if you come to Belfast. We did it on our last day which in hindsight was the best idea, I think if we’d done it earlier it would’ve made us look at things a bit differently as this tour really opens your eyes. Thanks again Danny. L

This tour was amazing! We had Tucker as a tour guide and he was absolutely spectacular. He was funny, engaging and very very knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining the history and it was very neat to see a bunch of the different areas around Belfast.

Took a cab tour of Belfast to see the murals and hear the story of the troubles. Wow. Our driver, Isaac, was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to tell us everything from a neutral perspective- giving both sides of the troubles. We were able to stop at various sites to get out for pictures and added to the writings on the peace wall. We had already done the touristy things but I would definitely recommend this tour to find out about the real Belfast. Very safe and educational experience. The highlight of our trip. Thank you. Isaac was a great guide.

My brother and I took this tour yesterday. It was a gray and rainy day, but it was absolutely worth it! I had read a bit about the history of the Troubles, but getting to experience it so closely was truly an impactful experience. Isaac our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the history and the communities it impacted. He was very balanced and encouraged us to ask questions and take tons of pictures. The van was very comfy and he was a very safe driver. He was also kind enough to drop us off at the Titanic Experience as we had to go visit it after our Black Cab tour was done.

Overall I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast. A very unique, informative, and enriching experience. And ask for Isaac, he’s truly top class!

Danny was great and so informative about the Troubles and current life in Belfast because of the conflict. He was very personable and accommodating, as I was a few minutes late. I'd highly recommend the tour and this service

We did our tour with Stevie today and had a great experience. We have been educated and humoured on the tour and would highly recommend. Stevie was a great tour guide and answered all kinds of questions from us. The cab was top class and spotlessly clean. It's no wonder this company's tour has been voted as one of the best things to do in the world.

My wife and I spent 9 days In Ireland for our honeymoon and this tour was easily one of the best parts of our trip. Various pubs and pints throughout Ireland were fantastic but this tour gave a real life feel and look at what the past and present day is like. Our guide was Stevie and he was incredible. He gave us a complete look and both sides and explained everything very well. This tour is an absolute “must do” if you’re in Belfast!!!

The taxi tours were recommended to be by a friend and it was a morning well spent. Liam was the guide, he was a fountain of information, very impartial and enthusiastic at the same time. All the opportunities you want to take pictures and ask questions. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Belfast.

You should not visit Belfast without doing one of these tours! Seeing the murals, the memorials and the 'peace walls' themselves close up is the only way to appreciate what history has done to this city. My tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable and presented a balanced view of the history of the troubles. I cannot recommend this tour enough.

We had the most interesting and informative tour with Danny L. We were not sure what to expect as our knowledge of the Troubles was limited. Danny was charming and knowledgeable and was unbiased in his telling of the history. He took us to many of the wall mural sites and took time at each point so we could ask questions and take photos etc. Would definitely recommend. This was our number one experience if Belfast ! Thank you.

Did the tour of Falls Road and Shankhill Road areas today. Driver and guide was Isaac who was absolutely superb, welcoming, knowledgeable. He encouraged us to ask questions which we did and he gave us full informative answers. First class guide and top bloke. An absolute must if you visit Belfast as this tour is brilliant! Superb value for money. Thank you for a great experience Isaac and Black Cab tours. 100% recommended.

I can't tell you how much I enjoyed this tour. I have been over in Ireland and Northern Ireland for the last 3 weeks and this is easily the favourite thing I have done. My driver Isaac was incredible. He was completely impartial, open, frank and honest. I enjoyed his company hugely. I was picked up on time, told what car and driver to expect and dropped back with my car. Highly highly recommend. Jane

This tour was one of my favorite experiences here during my two weeks in Northern Ireland/Ireland. To learn the history behind The Troubles, firsthand from someone who lived through it, was super valuable, unbiased and raw information that one could never get through an article or historical accounts. To hear about the violence and sadness that occured here, especially only a few decades and see that most youth and newer generations are far removed because of the progress here is a beautiful thing. Our tour guide was great, hilarious and gave us both sides with any personal bias kept seperate as to be authentic and validate everyone's trauma which is the key to healing.

A fabulous way to spend a morning. Super informative and a great way to learn about an often misunderstood conflict. Thomas Patrick was superb and passionate, knowledgeable and impartial. Should be top of everyone’s ‘to do’ list in Belfast. A do not miss.

Stevie our guide was brilliant - impartial, honest, engaging and gave his own personal experiences of life during the troubles. We went over the time as we ended up talking for ages about everything that had happened, what could happen in the future etc. It's was so interesting we lost track of time, but that was no problem at all. Can't recommend it enough and glad that I took my kids to get an objective, thorough, fair experience of the recent and difficult history of Belfast.

Big thanks to Tucker & Isaac who took our group round. This tour was insightful, honest and balanced. The guides were amazing, fielding all the questions we had with no judgement at all meaning we learnt a lot. Not stopped telling people about how good these tours are since we got back.

My partner and I took this tour today with Isaac. I can't speak highly enough of this tour, it was absolutely brilliant. Isaac was passionate and explained everything in great detail. He also kept a very balanced view whilst on the tour by explaining things from the view of the community of which we were currently in. We didn't know a great deal about the troubles other than the basics and we came away having learned a lot. We had plenty of stops for photo opportunities and he was a safe driver. Also his Mercedes van was very comfortable, clean, and had excellent viewing angles with the many windows. Also noted that we visited a lot more sights than other tours we saw en route. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast.
