An outstanding veterinary clinic and the entire team are fantastic. Our lovely Frenchie Lenny needed to have an operation on his back which was performed by Adam who was amazing, he kept us informed regularly and explained everything that was happening step by step. All the team have worked tirelessly to keep him calm and provided the best treatment to ensure he felt safe and loved. Can’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Lenny is doing brilliantly now and it’s only 4 weeks after surgery, he is now able to go for a walk - thanks again Adam :)

Thank you to your experienced team who really looked after my elderly pet Jessie Pig when she had collapsed and needed to have a heart scan. I was informed all along on what the procedure was for and the findings explained to me; it was a worrying time she was cosy and cared for by the lovely nurses during her recovery anaesthetic, the Nurses sent me pictures of her snuggled in a blanket. Many thanks to you all I appreciate your kindness and professionalism.

We referred ourselves to these guys, based on previous reviews & value for money, our french bulldog Brindle bear had recurring ear infections, for at least 4 years. Adam our vet , give him a ct scan , he was diagnosed with acute scull ear infections in both ears, we were given all options available . We decided to go with both ears removal , not an easy decision , our little guy, needed to be pain free. We can’t thank you guys enough , from arriving , the reception staff were brilliant , great consulting rooms, fabulous kennels . Adam greeted us , took the time to get to know Brindle bear and was very professional . 3 weeks on , operation a great success, Brindle bear is now back to his bouncy self. Would highly recommend this Vets. Special ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Words cannot explain just how caring and compassionate all the staff were when examining and treating our pet dog Oscar who was extremly poorly. The reception staff were brilliant and super efficient. Our vet Artur was extremely professional, he explained in great detail the process of the MRI scan and went through the results and all the options available to us during this extremely stressful time. We cannot thank you enough,. Wonderful , professional and caring people. Thank you.

From the initial telephone call Northwest referrals has been fantastic . Everyone from the reception staff, nurses and vets have been brilliant. Coco developed Angular limb deformity , from CT scan to surgery everything has been thoroughly explained and discussed. We feel lucky to have had the most up to date treatment for her. Thank you Adam and the team , we will see you all again in September for her other leg 😊

Hands down, the best veterinarians I’ve ever met. My dog Evie needed surgery on her elbow, I received the first call on the Monday, she had the surgery by the following after. Everything was explained fully, clearly and politely. Adam was the surgeon, I recommend him unequivocally, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly a big animal lover, which always helps. Follow up was great, procedure was successful and her recovery has been brilliant. She had been in pain for some time, I can’t express how grateful am to NWR for giving my baby her life back, and me my best friend back for long walks. If you ever need your fur babies taking care of, I would not hesitate to recommend taking them here. The reception staff are extremely friendly and professional too. I hope that helps

Great practice. Never a problem getting an appointment and they really care for the animals and owners. I’ve found them to be honest in their advice and recommendations for treatment for my dog with spinal degeneration. I would highly recommend. Vet Adam has been a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Thank you all at Northwest Referrals, I will be recommending you to my pet owner friends.

Hands down the best bet experience we have had with our dog. He needed emergency surgery on his spine, the doctor (Dr Cartwright) walked me through the whole process, explained the risks involved and the likelihood of them, and really put my mind at ease that my dog was in the best hands. Cannot recommend more!

Absolutely over the moon with the results of Murphy's BOAS surgery. He is a completely different dog now and I can't thank David, the Veterinary Surgeon enough. I feel like Murphy has a whole new life ahead of him now for which we are truly grateful. The service and care from start to finish after referral from our own vet has been second to none and I must also say that costs are extremely reasonable in comparison to other vet referrals we considered. Thank you again, you have made such a difference and we are eternally grateful.

The best veterinary clinic. All the staff are nice and friendly. The biggest Thanks we want to say to Dr. Paula Fazenda. You are a wonderful doctor. You worry and take care of my dog as if it were your own. Thank you for keeping in touch and giving us advice and follow up procedures even from miles away. Chopi and his owner.

We would have been lost without this vets. We had an affordable MRI and their aftercare was great. Staff are very professional. Richard really went above and beyond for us twice. It’s greatly appreciated that he made time for us and was very helpful both times. The reception staff are always very friendly and courteous too. Sadly the distance is a little too far for us to use them as our everyday vets but I wouldn’t hesitate about using them as such. They have an app which is helpful so you can ask questions to keep the phone line free for emergencies etc. We will always be grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, thank you.

Took our little dog Elsa following an injury to her neck putting pressure on her spine. She was in severe pain and distress and needed spine surgery. From our first contact with Anrich they were amazing. Our first consultation with Adam the surgeon we were informed of everything involving Elsa's operation. She was checked throughly at each aftercare visit and anything we were worried about Adam explained. We were not rushed at any of our visits. So to reception and all of the staff employed at Anrich a big thankyou for your care given to Elsa. Absolutely outstanding!

Very welcoming practice, our vet Adam was knowledgeable and explained the operation to us in details. Talini’s TPLO operation was successful and she’s now on the way to recovery. She’s developed a hot spot too but Adam dealt with it on our post op consultation.

There are vets & then there is Northwest Referrals , if you find yourself awaiting an appointment with them , I can assure you , your in safe hands . Our 7 yr old Dachshund Bobby ( my best mate) was referred with IVDD which we later discovered was 2 disc. From the first call with James to arrange an appointment & MRI to arriving and be greeted by Rachel on reception to eventually meeting Emily the vet ( she is amazing - operated on Bobby ) We were supported by them completely even down to completed our insurance claim paperwork & submitting for us. We are now a week post op & have had a follow up today, I have to say they are head & shoulders above any other vets we have visited before , caring , professional , compassionate.

Absolutely fantastic service and experience, I'd like to make a personal shout out to James Weston, who went above and beyond for me and my cat, amazing communication with myself, good honest and affordable, cant pass my thanks on enough without them I wouldn't have my cat here still, also like to thank the team themselves for conducting the scan and the neurologist as well, unfortunately I didn't get any name's for them but great professional service. Highly recommend these guys.
