Contacted Farnworth Fencing as the wind had blown down a lot of our fencing and we have two dogs so the garden needed to be secure. At short notice they fitted us in that week and did a fabulous job. I have never met such a group of men who actually love their job and are soo positive and happy, nothing was too much trouble, very refreshing to see. Would not use anyone else - nice one guys!

I couldn’t praise this company anymore absolutely brilliant from ringing the them up to them finishing the job. First of all I rang them on a Monday morning for a quote for my nannas front garden fencing, they came out the same day to do the quote (brilliant price) so we then decided to book this in and it was finished within the week. The lads was brilliant, very pleasant and what top grafters in such hot weather. We as a family are happy with the transformation and the back garden fencing in now booked in. They completely replaced the fencing on two sides of our house, including concrete posts and gravel boards. The whole job was completed in a day and a half so we were soon looking very smart. We’re really pleased with it, and the fence panels are much better quality than the old one so they will last longer.

Andy, who measured for the quote, and Mark and Vinny, who did the work, were all polite and friendly. The job was completed 3 days after we accepted the quote. The price quoted was inclusive of VAT and removal of old fencing and posts. Mark & Vinny were methodical and left no mess. The new fence and gate look great.

Farnworth Fencing have just completed some fence installations for us. One was a post and rail fence with vertical board and the second a concrete post fence with vertical board panels. The second fence had concrete bases to replace some upended paving slabs that acted as a retaining wall. From the estimator arriving to the completion of the fences, the service has been fantastic. The estimator was happy to talk through options for the more awkward part with the retaining ‘wall’ and allow me and my neighbour to decide our preferred option. Once I confirmed that we were ready to progress, we received a call the next day to say the fitting team would arrive the following afternoon. Wow! The team arrived exactly when we were told and worked extremely hard to remove some well cemented in paving slabs. They were three polite, pleasant people who really ‘grafted’. They returned the following day, again, bang on time, and completed the fences in wet drizzly weather, again working really hard. There was a lot of waste from the job - old paving slabs, old rotten fences but everything was removed and the areas swept before they left. I would say that they did a first class job and my neighbours and myself are delighted. Would we use them again - ABSOLUTELY. Would we recommend them -ABSOLUTELY. The guys arrived yesterday morning, 18th July when it was already scorchingly hot. They had to remove fencing along two sides of the garden, remove or cut off the old half-height concrete posts, install new 6’ concrete posts, concrete gravel boards and close board fencing. They were replacing fencing formerly installed by the local authority so nothing was straightforward but amazingly, all the fencing was up when they left yesterday afternoon. Overnight they made a gate to fit the opening and this morning they returned to hang the gate and fit the gate furniture. I am very pleased with the results and can now focus on restoring the back garden.

5/5 for this company! They rang on a Sunday asking if they could come the next day, way sooner than expected. Removed our old fence panels and posts and replaced them within a day, our garden has been transformed! The lads were friendly and professional, and even tidied up after themselves! All this for a better price than we’d been quoted elsewhere! Really happy with the service, would recommend to anyone! Thanks again :)

These guys are just the best! Turned up to give me the quote when they said they would. (Unlike another local firm I won't mention - still waiting guys!!) And they were able to fit me in to carry out the works the same week. The whole process took less than 72 hours from start to finish. Quality of work is outstanding and I couldn't be happier with the end result. 5 stars and then some!

Very pleased. From receiving the quote for part of my fence to be replaced... 24 hours later it's complete. There was a slight problem with a neighbour's tree which would have pushed on the fence....but rather than just do it... They explained and gave me the option to decide on an alternative choice. I think other companies would have just botched it for me to worry about later down the line. I will definitely use for the rest of my fence.

I contacted Farnworth Fencing via e mail at 10.30 pm. Saying I had a small fencing job. Less than 12 hours later, I got a call from the office, asking for my requirements. I was informed that some one would could visit and measure and quoted. We agreed a time of 1pm, and that I would get a call from the fitter to when he was on his way. At 1pm he arrived, I explained my requirements, the job was measured up and I received a quote straight away. I accepted the quote and I was told that the job would be completed within 7 days. On hearing this I told them that I had previously contacted another company, I sent numerous e mails to be informed that there were very busy and that the estimator would contact me, a time was agreed he measured up and I was told that I would receive a quote, after 5 days still not received the quote sent another e mail on Monday asking for the quote, I haven’t been acknowledged and still waiting for a quote. Today Farnworth Fencing rang to say that they were minutes away, and arrived on time. The work was completed as promised, old and fence post removed from site, the work area was left tidy, the fence looks really good. Polite team, and a credit to Farnworth Fencing Well done Farnworth Fencing Professional on time, stuck to those promises. I wish that I had contacted Farnworth Fencing First.

Great experience from first communication to completion of job. We were really impressed with the speed of things, quote - date agreed for job - and phone call to bring job forward as they had availability. The removal of hedges and replaced with fencing is no easy task but the lads seemed to make light work of it. They never stopped from arriving and were friendly yet professional. Bonus - excellent clean up before they left. We were impressed and wouldn't hesitate in using Farnworth Fencing again.
