I have been in the UK for 12 days , I finally got around to getting to this hidden gem, I usually buy from them online and get them shipped to the USA. When I visit the uk I try to visit the store to check the Abayat and touch the material, so far I have been happy with all purchasers, and no regrets. And I always get compliments whenever I wear them. Prices are cheaper than the USA.

All the abayas I’ve ordered from here so far have been very high quality. At first I was hesitant because the company is based in UK and I live in America but the abayas arrived within 3 days. I was so impressed with the fast shipping and accuracy of abayas to the photos online. Highly recommend!

At first, I was surprised that the colors were a bit different than pictured for a couple of the abayas. Traveled from far to purchase some abayas. Opening times do say 12-19. Today shop was not open 12. The shop was open later on. Staff member inattentive, didn’t reply to Salam, wasn’t helpful and focused her time solely to chatting with other customer. Like I was not worth of being served and I liked few of the abayas, purchasing made for me impossible with the rude ignorant behaviour. Cannot recommend this shop. Price wise also quality vs price wasn’t a match.

Went to buy a hijab for eid there this morning, the shop was a little bit busy but not too much. Stood at the till with hijab in my hand and the young girl behind the counter ignored me while she fiddled around with a pricing gun. The gentleman who owns the place was busy with a family buying some Eid abayas, nobody even made an attempt to say "sorry someone will be with you shortly". I ended up putting the hijab back and walking out. Very poor customer service from a shop that is starting to believe it's own hype. If you're not buying an expensive abaya it's like they don't want your business. Very disappointed, won't bother going there again.

I have visited this delightful boutique for a long time. The styles are always elegant and the quality is superb. This is a family run business and they clearly have a passion for their clothing and know their fabrics. I will continue to purchase from their lovely range and look forward to my next visit InshaAllah. They have always been very polite and will take that extra step to please.

I went into the boutique today in person looking for a sleeveless slip for under the abaya and found that the ones I tried were too tight on the chest. I gave feedback and said they need to be bigger at the chest and a member of staff proceeded to explain to me that they have noticed this and have rectified it and produced a new line of better fitted slips - he was telling me a bit of details and another member of staff rudely interrupted saying “you don’t need to explain anything, we fixed it do not waste your energy” Obviously I felt highly disrespected, since when is attending to a customer’s feedback a “waste of energy”? I couldn’t bring myself to stay longer in the boutique and I left Never coming back again, what a rude behaviour!

I have been to their shop previously in 2018 when I came to Manchester and instantly fell in love with Abayas Boutique. Since I can't travel yet and have a bit of hassle during this pandemic, I purchased online. This time, I bought five lovely abayas. I'm not a tall person as I'm Asian, so I will get this altered. I like to buy 1 of their design first, and if I like it, I will order the same design in a different colour. This is not even half of my abayas from Abayas boutique. Abayas are a lovely quality and I find myself always coming back to this website as the designs are unique. The customer service is amazing. My abaya was dispatched for next day delivery within 10 minutes. Even though Royal mail had picked up all the parcels the man went to the Post office just so I received my abaya in time. They have unique designs and my favourite are the Viscose flares abayas, they are so unique in design and material and extremely beautiful and elegant. I love the matching hijab. I bought one to wear every Eid when I'm outside and it's beautiful and flowy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be looking out for their new designs and ready to buy again.
