I
went
to
the
apple
store
today,
and
all
I
can
say
is,
it
has
the
worst
customer
service
and
system
set
up
ever.
They
booked
me
into
an
appointment
to
come
back
within
an
hour
and
then
they
still
made
me
wait
longer
with
no
confirmed
eta
when
I
might
get
served
and
expected
me
to
wait
another
40
mins!
I
appreciate
they
are
very
busy,
but
there’s
better
use
of
people’s
time.
More
annoyingly
was
when
I
spoke
to
one
their
female
staff
and
she
just
smiled
to
my
face
saying
sorry
there’s
nothing
else
they
can
do
as
other
appointments
infront
of
me
was
running
behind.
All
they
had
to
do
was
get
a
phone
out
from
the
back
and
at
most
transfer
some
data
for
me,
it’s
not
like
I’m
asking
them
to
set
it
up
on
a
new
network!
The
place
is
a
joke
run
by
a
bunch
of
idiots.
They
need
to
train
their
staff
to
speak
to
customers
properly,
considering
how
much
we
spend
on
apple
products
and
have
a
better
queueing
or
waiting
system
in
place.
There
is
no
service!
If
they
that
busy
then
hire
more
staff!
All
I
wanted
was
to
purchase
a
handset!
It
happened
several
years
ago,
same
experience
with
getting
a
battery
changed.
Asked
me
to
go
back
in
2
hrs
time
and
to
leave
my
handset
behind.
Only
to
be
told
when
I
came
back
that
they
didn’t
change
the
battery
cos
they
were
too
busy.
In
the
end
I
just
took
my
phone
elsewhere.
People
stand
by
talking
and
clearly
not
seeing
customers.
If
apple
handsets
weren’t
such
a
well
known
product
already.
They
don’t
stand
a
chance
of
getting
repeat
business!
Absolutely
shocking
service
and
they
don’t
care.
It’s
left
a
bitter
taste
and
I
shall
never
return!
Giving
them
a
one
star
is
being
generous!
