Second time at this fairly new live music venue. Booking some phenomenal bands and has become a great place in an area lacking in live music venues. Outside of the music it's also a great pub to visit. The staff are nothing short of excellent and there's a huge friendly vibe about the place. Other than it being a pain to get to unless I drive, there's nothing to fault!

Been to this place twice in the last few months, usually on a Friday night when they've got a live band playing. Great atmosphere, friendly bar staff and clientele. When you first walk in, it definitely feels like a bar: tables & chairs on one side; stage and dancefloor on the other (with bar seating along the wall). Not sure if it has been refurbished recently but the interior decor is a bit sparse - white/pale-coloured walls with numerous strips of coloured lights along ceiling corners and walls, which do add some character. Knocking a star off as drinks are somewhat expensive - paid £16 for 3 draught pints (1 cider, 2 Frulis) which was more than I was expecting to pay!

Great friendly staff and definitely the best craft beer selection one can find in the area. Love the decor!

I have given a 5 star rating because I think it’s a fantastic pub. The new management team have really impressed me in achieving a great deal of positive changes in just a couple of months. The bar staff are very friendly and provide a top service and are also really knowledgeable on the extensive range of products. The pub has a chilled relaxed quirky atmosphere which electrifies when there are bands / open mic night playing. Another big plus is that I can still hear and converse easily as the music is not too loud. I also love the new pizza menu and that they are all made from scratch with fresh ingredients. I have tried a few and they are delicious even the vegan ones! A very good price for the size of the pizza I haven’t been able to finish one yet! I look forward to lots of fun times in the future at this pub. It’s great to see a pub growing into something really special rather than shutting down / becoming a restaurant which seems to be a trend these days especially in Staines. Wishing the new management team all the best – keep up the good work.

Unplanned visit but had such a great night. Friendly door staff, quick service from bar staff & great attention given to customers. Amazing music, couldn't of asked for a better night. I even had a dance or two. Querky decor my kind of place. Very well run pub & music venue, the London stone rock! Highly recommend

It's always a good night at the weekend. Depending on the day, it can get VERY busy, but the staff are fantastic and never leave you waiting to be served for too long.

Great pub, fast service at the bar, friendly crowd. One of the last great rock music venues around. Good band too! (Shame about the rugby dampening the mood for 5 minutes).

Pretty disappointed on two occasions. Firstly, I hoped to promote a music event and continue the work I was doing for the local Staines community. After a couple of meetings with the management, I went home and worked hard programming a big summer party to find out that my efforts were wasted as they double booked the date we had agreed on and penciled in. Not great for my mental health at the time.. Secondly, I found their bar manager a talented drummer to join their punk band, who happened to be playing there last weekend. So we went to show support, only to be turned away at the door because one of our family friends who had travelled down from Liverpool had brand new designer joggers on. The fact that it's a music venue who also support/welcome the LGBT community, I find it quite hypocritical that people aren't allowed to express themselves by wearing clothes they feel comfortable in. There were certainly no issues with it when we went to a few bars and a nightclub in London later that evening. It's a shame because I had a lot of admiration for the manager, but it just shows that trying to make efforts to bring community together and helping people gets you no where. Best of luck to them.

Absolutely love this music venue, the only place to go in Staines. Staff are welcoming & choice of drink is on a level matched by nothing outside the city of London.

Waited 40 minutes to be served at the bar, the staff were rude and prioritising certain groups. Uncomfortable environment. Not coming back.

Best pub for miles around, great staff, the lovely Grace is an excellent and extremely genial host and her partner Adam is a top bloke, all the team there are great fun, easy going, great to talk to and hang out with, best juke box you ever did hear and Camden Hells on draught, nuff said! Love the place!

Wonderful place, went last night to the Leftover Crack gig, and had the time of my life, and few Hobgoblin IPA too many. The staff were so friendly, and after my first drink they knew already as I approached the bar what I was ordering. My girlfriend was arriving later than me, so I asked the doorman to hold onto her ticket for her, which he was more than happy to do, couldn't have felt more welcome anywhere, I just wish it was my local now. I'll be keeping an eye on which gigs are coming up soon, as I'll be coming back frequently. Also haven't been to a gig in a pub in years that had such a good setup sound wise, every song was crystal clear. Thankyou so much for a brilliant evening, I'll be raving about it for a long time to come.

Have been coming here for a long time, for the casual drink or night out as live music is quite common. Decent selection of drinks, and chance to get shots for free too with their buzzer game. Quite empty on a weekday, so able to have a conversation without yelling. Once asked for a deck of cards at the bar, they didn't have one, so went out and bought one for me, which is fantastic service. Definitely 5/5.

Visited for one drink with a couple of friends on a Saturday night. Seemed to be winding down after a band had finished playing. Good beer and ale selection.
