We had a fabulous time here. We got the Gathering board, and it was everything we expected of it. The atmosphere was fantastic, very warm and cozy and elegant, which added significantly to the experience. The service was on point. I cannot fault this and I will be going back!

What a great addition to the Southampton dining scene. A beautifully designed restaurant specialists in cheese/meat boards and fine wine. What I love is the superb staff, friendly service and of course great food. This place can be a place to bring a date, a casual catch up or just a meeting. Whatever brings you here its guaranteed you will stay a while enjoy the wine and chilled beats. The decor is amazing too - the ceiling looks like grass and there is a lovely hand made sign over the bar! There is such a selection of food that you will find something delicious. And even a full vegan alternative so no excuses from anyone not to visit. As for access, the Porter is fully inclusive, handicapped access and I was able to bring my support dog and she was also made to feel like a valued guest. Special thanks to Milo, for always going above and beyond with the service. Highly recommended.

Oh my god if you like good cheese and wine then this is the place for you!!! The atmosphere is classy but relaxed. We were a group of ; and we ordered the “experience” board, this came with 8 different meats and 10 different cheeses, also breach, crackers and chutney. Our waitress was also fantastic!!!!!

Was not sure about my friend's birthday bottomless pit choice but it was a great one. We had 2 hours to enjoy cheese, meats and salad, with breads, biscuits and chutneys. For £30 we could also have ad much prosecco, red wine, white wine or soft drinks. The board was shared, but we all had enough for each option. The staff were amazing, topping is up, providing extra salad and different bread. We all had such a great time we will be back.

There's a vegan cheeseboard!! Greatful for the option. Took away stars for it being under staffed ( management could use with an extra person to help get the food out but the people that looked after our table were very friendly 😊 ) was also served a glass of wine that was gone (but was quickly and kindly replaced from a new bottle)

Excellent service, dry-aged beef was delicious! Sauces and sides were sublime too. Sous-vide duck super tender & juicy.

The Group charcuterie board was fantastic. Great selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. Old Mout Cider is one if my favorites. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location and venue, excellent menu, price points and portion size are some of the best we've ever been offered. Brilliant service, relaxed feel and experience, would definitely recommend.

My husband and I came here for bottomless brunch and we had the most fantastic time ever. Our host, apologies I cannot remember her name was absolutely fantastic. She kept the food and drink flowing and chatted to us whilst we were 3 bottles in. We came here at 12pm before boarding our cruise and we will do it again as the experience was fab and the cruise terminal being just round the corner. The cheese and meat board was beautiful. Like I say, we can't wait to come back. £30pp and worth every penny. Thank you for having us. See you again soon.

The cheeseboards are absolutely stunning. Great dinner for groups or date nights. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the charcoal Cheddar!

This is a small restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. Very relaxed vibe staff attentive but no rushing, able to stay on and relax at your table after the meal. Food on offer is only charcuterie style and pairs very well with wine.

Went there today for lunch. The choice of meats & cheeses were excellent, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Amazing place. The homemade hummus was incredible. Local made cheese and meats are amazing. The signature cocktails are perfect. I see why this was just rated the best restaurant in Hampshire. A must visit place!

Our favourite restaurant in Southampton and third visit in a short space of time. Great food and relaxed but upmarket atmosphere - I think we’ve worked our way through the whole menu! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend
