Services are OK but they have a no refund policy. Given that most retailers have a goodwill gesture of accepting returned items (unopened, not damaged) dissapointing to see that this shop does not.

I was moved to tears of gratitude today. A truly wonderful owner, even in these hard times. I've gone to him and this wonderful shop for a lot of T-shirt prints before now and he always waves when he sees us out and about in asda. Today I took a Christmas tree decoration in to have it personalized with a scan of the twin son I lost (I wanted a photo of when he was still alive in my tummy as I have had a lot of items done here with photos of him after he was delivered still born). When I went to pick it up and pay I was told it was free of charge/ on him 🥹 Words cannot express how much that sentiment means to me and I cried after I left because I was so moved by such a lovely gesture for something that is hard to cope with especially near Christmas. I will continue to visit and purchase from these hard working and wonderful people for a long time to come as the quality is amazing and the service alone is worth your time and money. Thank you soooo much for being so kind x

Passport Photos and T Shirts printed. A very fast and efficient service was provided to me by, I believe to be the boss. All done with excellent PR and a big smile. Can’t recommend it enough.

Fantastic quality tshirt printing, great communication with the staff, they did exactly as we had requested and the t-shirts look fantastic - we are super happy with the results! Done within a couple of hours as well

They were professional and quick. Came here for my passport photos and they took a picture and printed them in less than 10 minutes. They charged 16 pounds for 4 2×2in pictures and to email the soft copies of standard size + 2×2. I wanted to get the pics on Friday but good thing I called them to find out that pinter won't work on Friday, not sure if it's every week or only that day but better to call and check.

Excellent service and product, I ordered a couple of t shirts just before Christmas and I wasn't expecting them to be ready until after the Bank Holidays. So I was very surprised for them to be hand delivered on Christmas eve evening. Big thank you again and happy Christmas and a happy new year to everyone at photo express!!

Took my gransonfootball kit in today get printed like I do every year for his birthday wouldn't go anywhere else very nice man think he manager lol done with in 45 min perfect I would recommend this shop very good and high standards

Two days ago, I went to get some family photos from our holiday printed - the staff was incredibly helpful, and the quality of print was great too. They have fantastic selection of frames, bought a few of them. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited this place to print some family pictures and was incredibly pleased with the excellent service I received. The staff greeted me warmly with smiles and provided top-quality photographs. Additionally, I decided to purchase 10x8 frames which were of great quality as well. To my surprise, I received a very thoughtful Christmas Card. Overall, it was the best service I have received in town.

Excellent service. Employees are nice. Everything done professionally and really fast, prices are also affordable. No problem with returning items as long as they are still sealed. Highly recommend.

I randomly walked in this morning with a completely unique A3 sketch that I made for my family as a Christmas present. I thought it would be impossible, but they scanned it and produced amazing framed gifts for my family, in only half an hour. Affordable prices too A+++++
