Just used H&J for the first time as a non commercial user. Rosie in the office was fantastic, extremely helpful and very polite. Her customer service is first class! Really easy to set up and will use again in the future for any scrap metal I need to get rid of! Thankyou .

Terrible service, I called them asking If they could possibly collect my old washing machine. And someone said no thank you! then hung up!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced Not recommended !!!

I've been told to park & wait for no good reason After good 25 to 30 minutes of being ignored I tried again but still no luck. Odd place. I then googled & drove to the next nearest scrapyard where I was able to unload all the scrap metal which I came with. I guess if you are just a small, non commercial customer, you aren't welcome in this place.

I was waiting in a queue for almost 1 hour and they keep passing cars from behind me, looks like they friends can go without a wait, disappointed

Very disappointed. Booked for 9/ 10 collection from them. No sign phoned at 10 said problem, nothing until 12.15 then asked to rebook for Wed. As I had expressed it had to go by this weekend I had to call in a local collector, we'll out of pocket because wasn't paid for the 4 hours left dangling and nothing for the scrap. Not blaming the young lady who did her best just annoyed.

Outstanding Service! My car broke down last week, turned out to be financially stupid to get it repaired. Called HJ metals for a quote, agreed and the car was collected the next day! 10/10

Harry and the lads have been amazing.our garage use them for metal skips and they always collect and swap on time and payment is always in when they say it will be :)
