Been using the motorists centre for over 15 years. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Go out their way to get parts for me. Recommend you pop in if local and need parts!

Thanks to Adam for fitting my wiper blades as I didn’t know how. Lots of time for their customers always great service. Not sure about all the salty middle aged people saying their service was rubbish.

Not very friendly staff, nor very helpful. In a competitive market, where privately owned shops are disappearing at a faster rate than ever, customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately here it isn't.

Perfect for what I needed. Had some very large ground pegs for £3 each and there perfect for my awning on the windy days whilst on a hard stand pitch. Also managed to grab some awning straps that I have been trying to find from various other retailers.

Needed a water pump for our caravan and they had the exact one we needed (2days with no shower!) Very helpful staff and well stocked shop.

We purchased a new car battery from them and had a problem with it draining, turned out it was an issue with our boot lock....Paul worked with us until we solved it. Also been really impressed with the camping section lately it's quite unbelievable to see even the most obscure things you need right there. If your a camper or caravaner I'd pop down before going online for gear.

I can only give a five star rating, but they deserve a 10 the most helpful guys I’ve ever dealt with and I deal with a lot of people in motor trade. They helped me out with a Motorhome water pump problem I had and nothing was too much trouble, if you need anything for your car or caravan I can highly recommend these guys. Many thanks guys.

This is a fantastic little shop. From fuel additives to engine oils to spark plugs to tools to car mats to batteries to camping and caravanning equipment, they have the lot! Usually easy to park right outside, trade accounts and individual customers. They have very rarely been unable to supply what I have needed.

The staff at the motorist center in new Milton are very knowledgable and really helpful. They go above and beyond to help customers. I ga e been going here for list of my vehicle parts for 10 years and have always been competitive on pricing and the parts themselves are of very good quality. I would very much recommend this motor factors.

Arrived just after opening needing help with replacement of a leisure battery. What amazing and quick service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this company

Got to be one of the best places to visit if you require any motoring parts/ accessories There is a vast range of consumables to match, and also if you are a camping/ touring visitor to the New Forest and you require anything related to this then they will probably have it. If they haven't then I'm sure they could point you in the right direction.

Really helpful staff. Managed to get my calor gas refill. This shop not only caters for car DIY enthusiasts but has a great camping, caravan and Motorhome selection. Pumps, parts, you name it. With a visit if in the area.

Had a problem with a caravan water pump. Took it to motorists centre where they hooked it up to a battery to test it. Proved it wasn't working and tested the new one before I bought it too. You wouldn't get that with an e-commerce seller. Friendly and great service. Thank you so much!

Helped me out on the first day of our holiday in July. I needed a new leisure battery and a new water pump. They had them both in stock and took the old parts in to recycle. Very friendly and helpful.
