    I recently bought a car from Keith Motors and it was such a pleasant experience. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon House during the process of purchasing my new Ford Fiesta - which I love. I was sent detailed videos and information on the car and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. I would highly recommend this branch, I live near Glasgow which is just under 400 miles and I had the car delivered to me. It was a very smooth and simple process, thank you Jon!

    Our car was sat on our drive for 2 yrs, we were worried we would have to remortgage our house to pay for everything. But the guys at Keith Motors were amazing! Starting with Ian reassuring me to just start with an MOT, the guys who came round to jump start it, Tori for constantly updating us to (finally) the friendly welcome we recieved when we collected it.     This is the second year we have used Keith motors for our fords MOT and service, however I do not think we will be returning for a third year. Certain staff members were rude and clearly did not seem to understand what it means to work as a team! I was made to feel like my presence was an inconvenience to them, despite the fact the visit cost me over £700. It you are going to charge premium prices then at least be polite and don't make your customers feel uncomfortable.

    I was staying in Christchurch and on the Wednesday evening I noticed that the cover below my engine on my Kuga had come away from the chassis. As I had to travel back to worcestershire on the Thursday I called in at Keith Ford in Christchurch and asked them if they could help. Within 15min my car had been repaired and I was on my way. Thank you to all concerned

    I've decided to edit my review due to the total lack of pure ignorance from Keith motors we did send a formal complaint that has been totally ignored I have emailed the email address in the response to this review and they did reply they even asked where I had sent the formal complaint letter to. then nothing not a single reply just ignorance so not only do they allow untrained staff to put people's life's at risk they then just decide to ignore everything about the situation we will be trying to contact them again but I'm not hopeful. I can say my car is now booked in at another dealership for works and will never be going back to Keith motors

    We have just taken delivery of our new Ford Kuga. From the very first visit to meeting Sam, the experience was seamless. Sam did not rush us in our decision making & offered much needed advice, as it was a new car on order, Sam kept us fully informed as to the progress. After this experience our son has now placed an order for a second Ford car & is looking forward to dealing with Sam. We are delighted with our purchase and the overall experience.

    Just bought a Ford Fiesta from Sam Lawton . The whole journey from start to finish was fantastic. Sam found my daughter a car and made the sale happen. Great Salesman. I would highly recommend Sam and the team at Keith Motors .

    Sam from Keith motors was so easy to deal with from start to finish. He was understanding, professional, helpful and not pushy in any way. Responded to all my questions promptly. Got a fair price for my trade in, and gave me the full amount. Was very happy with the purchase of my BMW X5, and when the rear suspension failed a month after buying, Sam was very quick to get this resolved and looked after the payment. Again, Sam and Keith motors was very good, a 5 star experience. Will be going back to Sam, when it comes to selling the car. Wish him all the best. Simon.

    I bought a Ford Focus ST from Keith Motors and had an excellent experience. Jon from the sales team was extremely helpful and accommodating and made the whole process very easy. The car is absolutely faultless and an awesome drive. Can’t recommend this garage highly enough. Very professional service throughout and felt genuinely valued as a customer. Thanks!

    Got a ford ranger 2018 wildtrak from these guys. Sales and after sales are excellent so far. I was a little worried because we live 6 hours away but I'd 100% buy from these guys again, Peter has been great.

    Satisfied with the service. Just not happy with the bottom line charge of over £600. Luckily no extras to pay for. My last car was a Volvo & service costs £300.

    I purchased a used car from here, enticed by their promise of a three-month warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The car developed an issue during the warranty period, prompting me to reach out to the showroom. Over the course of six visits, following their instructions, I left my car there for a week on one occasion. Despite their assurances of successful repairs, the problem persisted each time. What added to my frustration was their refusal to conduct a test drive after repair due to a lack of available technicians. This lack of attention to detail and customer service left me exasperated. In the end, I sought repairs at another garage to finally resolve the issue. If you're considering buying a used car, I strongly advise against choosing this particular showroom based on my experience.

    Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I am extremely pleased with my new ford ranger and would highly recommend getting in contact with Keith Motors if you are looking for a new car or commercial vehicle.

    Disappointed to learn that Keith Motors charge £117 for a diagnostic check despite taking out the extended warranty for an additional amount. They failed to inform us of this when we purchased the car. This is a disgusting exercise and fundamentally something customers should be made aware of. A lot of money and they do not class this as labour (despite the Warranty including labour... allowing us to believe it is one in the same). I feel we were totally misold this cover. Not only this but we when had the car service and mot they failed to quote including VAT. Again incredibly misleading and another way to make an easy buck. Regulations do not allow for misrepresentation and yet Keith Motors seem to be succeeding. I won't go into the fact that they were supposed to valet the car which was supposedly 'included in the service'. Was impressed when we bought the car but severely unimpressed since. I am only making this review in order to make people aware. Unlikely we will choose to buy another car from Keith Motors again. Edit: It may be in the terms and conditions however it seems an important one to highlight when upselling a service rather than sticking something that significant in the small print. I know for a fact that English Ford in Poole include the diagnostic check in their warranty as it is classed as labour, a fact you did not clarify and easy mistake for a unknowing customer to make. We were also in fact advised that you can only sometimes claim back the diagnostic check on occasion which is somewhat contradictory to your below statement. You in fact chased this payment from us several times despite the work done being covered by the warranty. Therefore I stick by my original review and want people who do their research to be aware rather than be mislead like we were. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this review is wholly relevant to the next client making a purchase.

    Lewis, Michael and Steve in parts are always extremely helpful. I lost my glasses but i can always rely on these guys for a top level of service. Thanks all at Keith Motors.

    My wife and I have just purchased a Ford Puma ST from Jon in the Christchurch branch. He couldn't do enough to help us and answer all the questions we had. A fantastic experience and we will continue to use Jon and Keith motors for future vehicle purchases.

    Absolutely horrendous experience. Purchased a Mercedes A class. Was told the vehicle was in showroom condition, not marks, dents and all the alloys were going to be refurbed… Drove 2+ hours to collect the car and when we arrived the car had damage, all the alloys had acid damage and not repaired, the sat Nav was stuck in German. After being told they will sort this if we took the car and got quotes they then backed out and advised they weren’t prepared to fix any of the issue as it was not cost effective for them even though this was all agreed with the manager. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
