Disappointed
to
learn
that
Keith
Motors
charge
£117
for
a
diagnostic
check
despite
taking
out
the
extended
warranty
for
an
additional
amount.
They
failed
to
inform
us
of
this
when
we
purchased
the
car.
This
is
a
disgusting
exercise
and
fundamentally
something
customers
should
be
made
aware
of.
A
lot
of
money
and
they
do
not
class
this
as
labour
(despite
the
Warranty
including
labour...
allowing
us
to
believe
it
is
one
in
the
same).
I
feel
we
were
totally
misold
this
cover.
Not
only
this
but
we
when
had
the
car
service
and
mot
they
failed
to
quote
including
VAT.
Again
incredibly
misleading
and
another
way
to
make
an
easy
buck.
Regulations
do
not
allow
for
misrepresentation
and
yet
Keith
Motors
seem
to
be
succeeding.
I
won't
go
into
the
fact
that
they
were
supposed
to
valet
the
car
which
was
supposedly
'included
in
the
service'.
Was
impressed
when
we
bought
the
car
but
severely
unimpressed
since.
I
am
only
making
this
review
in
order
to
make
people
aware.
Unlikely
we
will
choose
to
buy
another
car
from
Keith
Motors
again.
Edit:
It
may
be
in
the
terms
and
conditions
however
it
seems
an
important
one
to
highlight
when
upselling
a
service
rather
than
sticking
something
that
significant
in
the
small
print.
I
know
for
a
fact
that
English
Ford
in
Poole
include
the
diagnostic
check
in
their
warranty
as
it
is
classed
as
labour,
a
fact
you
did
not
clarify
and
easy
mistake
for
a
unknowing
customer
to
make.
We
were
also
in
fact
advised
that
you
can
only
sometimes
claim
back
the
diagnostic
check
on
occasion
which
is
somewhat
contradictory
to
your
below
statement.
You
in
fact
chased
this
payment
from
us
several
times
despite
the
work
done
being
covered
by
the
warranty.
Therefore
I
stick
by
my
original
review
and
want
people
who
do
their
research
to
be
aware
rather
than
be
mislead
like
we
were.
I
don't
like
leaving
bad
reviews
but
this
review
is
wholly
relevant
to
the
next
client
making
a
purchase.
