Horrific experience with staff when my friend went to skate here. She was harassed by one guy working on the floor. The manager was just as aggressive towards her when trying to resolve the issue. Problems came when my friend's drink didn't arrive. Asked one guy on the floor to see where the drink was and he was very aggressive and adamant she got the drink. We hadn't. Problems didn't stop when the manager came and was just as aggressive. Only got a decent service when another staff Charney saw the mistake of the missing drink and brought it out. Even after the drink had be given, the initial staff member harrassed us and was talking nonsensical things. Will not be returning- whole place was overpriced. Not worth it. One star is too many for this place.

What a great night! The staff is very nice and friendly. From the security, cloakroom and bar/ excellent service. The vibe was the best, everyone was smiling and having a great time. All crowds welcome. Highly recommend and I’ll be back for sure.

✨ first time to go Roller Skating In London and we found Roller Nation which is quite affordable pricing for all night skating (NO hourly limit🤤) you can borrow the skates on arrival the community is so friendly and fun. They also have the diner and bar area where you can grab some drinks and nibbles. No worries if you’re the beginner they’re beginner-friendly cos the floor is broad and flat.

Had an amazing time at Roller Nation! The music was brilliant with a fantastic atmosphere. Drinks are very expensive but that's what you get in London! Skate hire is included in the price and its great fun!

The idea behind it is really great. I paid £12 including skate hire, however, the skates were in bad conditions and smelled. Not appealing at al. The rank got very busy an hour after opening and seemed like the beginners didn't have much chance to learn as some of the "pros" were skating quite dangerously. If the management would work on a couple of these problems the experience would be so much better.

We had a superb night! I’ve not skated for 15 years, but it comes back to you quickly! ALL staff were super friendly throughout, cool venue, and a really nice experience. We’ll be back! One small gripe would be that one marshal seemed to like cutting up/getting too close to people that were uneasy on skates a bit too much! Other than that- Well done guys. Great place!

Nice spot. It is tiny though. Flippers in West London is twice the size. Friendly and helpful staff, I wouldn't come back due to the size and I live closer to West London but I had a fun night. DJ played good music too.

Went with a few friends. Large skating rink I love that upon paying you’re there for the whole night and there are no time restrictions at present They serve food and alcohol. Music was good. There’s some seating even if you don’t reserve a booth I have a review on my insta @hashtaglondonr

Really well-organised venue with high standards throughout. Roller rink floor is super and runs throughout venue, allowing flawless transition from rink to bar and seating areas. I attended on several nights during a very cold period, but temperature in venue was perfect. Staff really friendly and attentive, including rink marshals. Atmosphere excellent, particularly on Saturday as the busiest night, but 'Soul Skate' night on Thursdays has excellent music and is not so busy. Excellent price also for such a good night.

We enjoyed ourselves but they wouldn't let us bring our own food in and their prices are high. There was a long queue to check out. Traffic in the area was awful...watch out for Spurs match days!

Came in the school holidays with my 6 year old and she skated for the first time. The marshals were so friendly and helpful. It’s a small rink but this is fine for beginners. The session was from 1-5pm which was great for flexibility as you could come any time during that period as long as it was before 3:30pm which is helpful. My daughter absolutely loved it. There are car parks nearby you can park in.

Ohhhh the 'swag' of this place! I absolutely loved this place! Rink wasnt big but spacious enough i guess, was smooth enough too, ppl were dam funkay lol, music was incredible, yaas (shout out to Sunday night Dj) Security were so nice, warm n friendly whilst doin their job, made such a nice change to have friendly smiling security Lady on the rink staff was super lovely, all the rink staff did a fab job keeping everyone safe n protected on the rink, best ive seen! if someone fell over, they blocked them off, helped them n kpt everyone safe! Loved this place! Downside: way too expensive but i guess, all the pros make it worth it as if you want the best, they gotta get paid to be the best aye! Ppl were friendly, bar man was friendly It was just such a really good experience I would go again, on a cheaper night

Pros: the music and the atmosphere was good fun Cons: the security measures for this place is madness. We actually thought we are going to a rave club. We had to spit out chewing gums and threw away the ones we had. The security lady was opening up my night creams, smelled on it and questioned me about every make up product in my bag. When we obviously looked confused and a bit upset she said we shouldn’t make these faces and be nice (we were nice btw just confused and our initial excitement was kinda gone at this point). Then we walked in and the cloakroom lady charged us 1.50£ for each item bag, coat and cardigan so 4.50£ per person! Thanks but no thanks

I came here with a group of friends and overall had a positive night. They played good music, skating was fun and your able to get drinks and food at the bar. The reason I'm giving a rating of 3 stars is because of the experience I had with one of the managers. One of my friends was not able to skate since they couldn't provide his shoe size so because of this we asked for a refund. Firstly, the staff said no but after asking the second time we spoke to one of the managers, he made an offer that if my friend leaves right now he will give him a refund. i obviously tried to challenge this in a respectful manner as I didn't want my friend to leave, the manager became irritated that I spoke up about this and was clearly butt hurt that I was even 'questioning' his 'authority' type of demeanour. Extremely dismissive and completely rude, sorry but his attitude smelt so bad and was unprofessional considering the fact I remained calm and was only trying to compromise. So that was disappointing but other than that the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive.

Really great place to Skate, my local rink hasn’t reopened due to COVID, the locals made us feel welcome straight away, friendly environment to skate foods great, staff are super helpful, only thing I would say is use your soft wheels maybe Rolline helium or Airwaves if you have them as the rink can be a little bit slippery.

One fee for entry and skate hire included. You get to stay for your entire slot you payed for. I went to a Sunday Open Age session and it was from 1-5pm. I suggest getting there on the dot because you get precious moments of empty rink. First time skater and the skate hires available were very comfy (trucks were too tight tho). We got unlucky and got hit with a huge swarm of 7 year olds celebrating a birthday so it got crowded quick. Not enough space for flashy stuff and defo the worst part about any indoor rink is other people. Music at the open age was very eclectic and all over the place but overall a very good place to try out skating for the first time, just not sure it would be a good night out

A great place to allow your children to learn how to skate. A bit busy with parents having birthday parties for their children (a great idea) the kitchen cannot deal with the flood of orders which come their way. Other than that a good spot for children learning to skate, as an adult I would not go there it’s too small to get my spread eagle going on, you would be speeding into other skaters very fast, a hazard I guess. But for children it is perfect, I think that I will be taking my grandchildren there more often.

Was extremely disappointed with the service, I bought 20 children to this establishment for my son birthday, and it was chaos. 1st of all the security was tight I had to check whether it was a rave I was going to as I couldn't understand why the children were being searched. It was upsetting that 1 person had to be turned away because they had a child that was under 5 with them and therefore they were not allowed to spectate. Also because I did not have a party booking as such I was not allowed to purchase Jug of drink and I was informed I had to buy 20 separate drinks which is just ridiculous seems as if they just wanted to cheat you for money for everything. Won't be going back there but make sure you check and double check for bookings and make sure you don't have any snack your bag as you will not be allowed

First time here and I actually had a great time with my friends for one of their birthday. Had our own booth where we could sit and keep our coats and belongings. Positives: - Everyone gets searched (wouldn't recommend bringing a brand new chewing gum or mint pack as this gets taken off you) 😅 - Theres really good vibes - Decent sized area. Might not be much space to sit down if you didn't get a booth or sitting area from the start. - Decent drinks prices £6 for a single and £10 for a double (this is how much you'd roughly pay if you're use to going out in Soho/Central/Shoreditch) so I was fine with the prices. (Didn't eat there, I'd recommend eating before hand) - Big skating area. - Friendly staff - A somewhat off young ish crowd - Amazing music with a DJ! 👏🏽 - Theres an open door area to smoke or to get fresh air too. - They're well managed in terms of making sure no one stops on inside the skating area or anyone holding drinks or trying to drink alcohol whilst skating in the ring (Very strict) - There's a BUSTOP right outside the location. Negatives: (not that it was much of a problem) - Location is a bit far too travel - Can't bring your own water bottle or mints/Chewing gum to keep that breath fresh 😅 (so if you're on a date better not eat any onions) - The skating area gets SOMEWHAT BUSY later in the evening (with some wannabee skaters) purposely showing off and CUTTING people off. (Staff does not care) but don't realise it could get dangerous for newbies if someone is constantly trying to cut them off (knowingly or unknowingly I don't know) - The skates you hire are quite old and damaged. So you have to make sure you got a good pair that can get nice and tight. My friend had to change his 3 times because they were damaged. - Toilets floors aren't smooth so if you're wearing your skates, be careful around that area or the smoking area. Overall it was a good experience, I'd definitely recommend going here everyone was really friendly and people help you get up if you fall. (Don't worry everyone falls) There's two staff members inside the skating area at all times that supervise. So you know you are safe. I'd definitely go again.

I don’t leave reviews that much. But felt it was totally essential today to show our appreciation for the Family Jam at Roller Nation. We had an AWESOME time there for my daughter’s birthday party. Brilliant service, amazing value, loads of fun, fab music and above all fantastic vibes. Thank you, Roller Nation! You rock!

Came here to have a skate session and was unfortunately disappointed with the venue. Not much space on the skate rink and over priced food. Decent lights but no point if there's not much space to skate about- especially if it's busy. Also seems like waiters can be fairly rude here. Saw an incident with some young girls on a near by table- staff spoke very rudely to them. Needles to say I wouldn't recommend coming here.

My first time. Had a fantastic evening. Feared receiving some ugly skates but they were quite nice. Great night out! Just don't bring your drink. I bought a bottle of water on the way there but was not permitted to bring it in. (They prefer you use their water fountain or buy drinks inside). If it is sealed they will hold it for you until you come out. If it is already opened, you will have to drink it before going inside or pour it away.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Very positive vibes. You don’t need to be good at skating. The staff are there to help and the other skaters are very kind to each other. 10/10!

A miserable experience. Took a 6 year old to a friend’s birthday party and simply wanted to keep an eye on her to make sure she was fine but was hounded to pay an entrance free by security even though I wasn’t skating. The staff are absolutely terrible and extremely rude. Do not take your children here

Went here for a girls night out and had so much fun! It’s beginner friendly and falling is not completely terrifying. Would highly recommend the food! All of the staff were friendly and professional. I do think the price of the tickets are a tad expensive for what it is but overall it’s good vibes and would go back. Special shoutout to lady working in the kitchen who helped with my squid ring enquiry.

The skates and rink are lovely, and the party we were attending went really well. Unfortunately I broke my arm off the rink and although the first aider (agency) immediately saw I needed to go to A&E, the RN staff shrugged and declined to call a taxi. The first aider kindly called one, but the response of the actual rink staff was poor.

Finally got my 8yr old daughter to a roller disco and it happened to be this one. Well worth crossing from SW London. Highly recommended for the Saturday kids session, I'm sure the other ones as good. They loved the hotdogs and slush puppies, we loved the couple of bottles of Peroni :)

I assume the food is okay, I always eat before or after I skate not during. I'm sure the service is fine for food and the staff are friendly. Music is hit and miss, but everyone's tastes are different.

First time rollerskating since I was a kid - my skating skills weren’t that great, but the place was really fun. Good music, lots of people of all ages on a Saturday night (and all skating abilities). Skate hire is included in the price or you can bring your own. There’s a bar with food and drinks to buy and seating areas/booths to chill or reserve for parties/special occasions. Staff were friendly and polite. Newbies - the floor is really slippery, beware! 😆

We went on a Sunday 2pm-5pm, we paid 12.50 per person. On Sundays they re open at 7pm -12 am for adults session for the same price. The rink is a little small and can get crowded at times but highly enjoyed our time. You can find car parking on Sundays on some of the smaller roads near the rink. But it might be hard during weekdays and Saturday.

  • 5/5 Steph S. 1 year ago on Google
So much fun! Once you’re in you can skate for as long as you like, and the ticket price included the skate hire. Really fun night skating to music, and the staff were so nice helping everyone out

  • 2/5 Barb T. 1 year ago on Google
I paid about 15 pounds per person and had fun overall as a first timer. Some things to note, you get your bags searched and a slight pat down to enter the venue. Bag and coat check is £1.5 per item. Skate rental is included in the price and they exchange your shoes for the skates so you'll have to either walk barefoot or roll around in your skates (which includes going to the bathrooms). On the rink itself, there are a mix of newbies and confident skaters, you aren't allowed to stop in the rink (even at the side) to catch a breath as a staff will skates quite quickly over to scold you. Probably for the better as it can get extremely crowded on a friday. I would recommend going as early as 7 as it was made extra difficult with people skating backwards, being bumped into and pushed around. I didnt order a drink but for food you will have to order from an app and payment methods can be a bit clunky, and food can take a while to get ready. You get really basic food - think frozen chips, nuggets, etc. I dont recommend the squid rings. - food is about £5-10 so won't be amazing quality. Music is more RNB style It gets really hot and stuffy as the night goes on so dress lightly!

Great place. My son is autistic and didn’t want to skate. There are two Marshalls to keep everyone safe and give instruction. They were really good with him and he ended up enjoying it! All the staff were lovely. Well done
