Absolutely horrendous service. Overcharged us to fix our machine, and then set the machine to distribute free coffee and never once made the effort to fix the problem. Promised they’d send a user manual twice and never did, and 2 months+ on we're still having to give out free coffee to all our customers. How are we supposed to pay our lease on the machine when we can’t even charge money for the coffee? Absolutely shocking company there are much cheaper and more reliable alternatives out there if you google them, don’t get ripped off or conned by these guys

Pay4vend machines in my uni buildings are an absolute lifesaver... The coffee is great for inbetween lectures and tastes even better when it's free! Love all the in-app rewards and prizes, it really is an app that gives back.

Tried to purchase a drink from their machine in Watford shopping centre. Payment deducted from my card. Bank confirmed. No drink delivery. Tried to contact the company. No response. Very poor experience. Also illegal should I add as it’s a clear breach of contract and my consumer rights. Would not recommend.

I used their soft dring vending machine in meadow hall Sheffield, £2.20 per bottle, keyed in the correct code for a bottle of original coca cola but it dropped a coke zero, so thinking well try again and again it dropped me a zero, John ad Brodricks has offered me a complete refund, together with an apology for the error, i would definitely recommend this company and would also like to say thank you for going above and beyond in your customer service

I'd like to share my experience with Brodericks group during my recent stay in Manchester. Unfortunately, for his mistake, my husband's credit card was captured by a vending machine at the airport on our arrival. I contacted the company and on the same day the card was retrieved and delivered to us at our hotel. I experienced the efficiency of the organisation and the kindness of all the staff involved so I feel very grateful.

Used Broderick's Customer Services earlier the Chat Agent Kyra was really patient and helped explain what my issue was.

NO OPTION FOR 0 STAR OTHERWISE I WOULD rate it as such. I tried to purchase a beverage from Manchester airport Terminal 2 arrivals (carousel 5) but the machines were not working. No out of service signs we’re present so was not aware until it was too late. There were at least 3 other people who tried to buy something so I warned everyone who approached the machines they were not working. Called the company and was told they would dispatch an engineer and would refund me the money either via PayPal or postal - provided pay pal details and no refund received yet - disappointing and rubbish customer service. I also wonder if they have sent out an engineer. Highly doubt they will because this way they can benefit from people putting money into the machines and not issue refunds. Disgusting

Often coffee machine not working, just take money from you, another's vending machines empty shell. Really very, very bad service.

This company installed new fancy machines with a little video of People having board meetings over coffee - that they forgot to allow a coin slot on the machines ! Haha go on Brodericks you geniuses !

No option for 0 star my girlfriend was charged nearly £10 for a drink she never even got and has been trying to contact for a refund ever since but nothing back scam!
