I went to suit supply to find a suit for my wedding. I booked an appointment with Bruna who was extremely professional and helpful. The whole experience has been smooth and affordable. I tried my finished suit on for the first time today and I’m so happy with it. A suit has never looked so good on me. I highly recommend suit supply.

I have visited your shop in Milan and the one close to Oxford street in London being pleasantly surprised by the staff being very knowledgeable and helpful in picking and altering 3 different suits. I had to alter a jacket and decided, due to being closer to where I live, to visit this shop. I’ve never been so mistreated in a shop, if I wanted to buy a suit from Primark with the service that comes with it I would have gone there.

Wide ranges of choices. And looks like great Italian fabric/quality. I have picked a suit jacket and pants, light whool 110S italian fabric, for about 499£. I've spent my day in the other shops in Jermyn St and this was the best fit and price wise (For my needs). I was helped by Aale, who found me some great color combinations.

Such good service. The consultation component makes the price well worth it.

Daniel was very helpful. I am very picky and stubborn with suits and being very tall and slim, I struggle with off-the-rack sizes. He guided me in the right direction and we found a compromise, as I know I was looking for quite an old-fashioned cut. I found him to be very professional and kind. He took the time to show me some of the fabrics they offer and was very polite. I would recommend him.

Max exceeded my expectations! Despite needing a blazer and cardigan on short notice, he managed to facilitate the delivery within 24 hours. His attention to detail and dedication to providing impeccable service are truly commendable. I eagerly anticipate my next interaction and transaction with Max. Overall, his service is top-notch.

I shop here very often for good reason. The clothes are good quality for the price with proper construction, but the service is where there's real value added. Staff are extremely helpful and professional, perfect if you're like me and require affirmation on these sorts of purchases.

Over priced average clothing that is made not to fit well so you have to tailor every part of. Poorly designed, low quality material for the price. Generally badly finished, buttons. Zipper, etc. The only good thing about it is the staff and service. (Adding more after Suite Supply response) Thanks for explaining the process of buying a low quality brand, as this was new to me.

Aale was fantastic in helping me choose a light suit for a summer wedding. His styling advice and knowledge was very helpful and the suit was ordered and tailored in no time at all. Would definitely recommend

Great service at the Lime Street shop from David. He helped me buy a new tuxedo, and went above and beyond. I have to say though that often people just wait in that shop without being asked by staff if they need help. Still 5 stars for David.

Max at Suit supply in Leadenhall Market provided really excellent service when I needed a new suit at short notice. He really took time to understand what I needed and how, where and when it would be worn. Excellent service.

I've been using suitsupply for years, primarily online but I do enjoy visiting the Lime Street branch and seeking expert advice from David and the team. David always provide an exemplary service and is clearly astute in the sartorial world of mens clothing.

Big thanks to Rayane and the team for helping me get ready for a Blacktie event back in the summer. Received loads of lovely comments on the suit and have worn it a couple of times since with same reaction, well chuffed. Been buying from Suit Supply for over 15 years, the fit is always fantastic. As a "long person" who struggled to even find a suit now I can say i'm able to buy exactly what I want. In the shop, all the suits are arranged by size so you can try on 4-5 jackets in only a few minutes which is great. However, after trying on 1-2, most people are keen to buy and so the shops can get very busy. If you're 6th or 7th in line you have to wait your turn so give yourself plenty of time.

Excellent service and a very welcoming team. The tailor at the front, I think his name is Sabit, he's an exceptional guy that helped with getting the tailoring done super quick and he's very funny too! Thanks for an the assistance, will be back soon.

Service here is terrible. Have new pants that have now got a second repair required after wearing the new pair <10 times and they won’t replace when clearly the pants have an issue. Staff also tried to avoid repair responsibility by looking at the first repair (when worn < 5 times) and saying “our tailor would never do a repair like this” so we won’t repair or replace. Had to force them to bring up the store records to prove it was their tailor. Pretty poor and disappointing for a supposedly nice brand.

The customer service I received from Daniel at the London Lime Street store was excellent. He was polite, patient and helpful and ensured that the necessary alterations were made to the suit for a perfect fit. He made me feel valued and satisfied as a customer.
