I
have
followed
CMP
on
social
media
for
several
years,
but
it
has
never
been
practical
for
me
to
commit
to
a
training
programme
involving
regular
attendance
at
the
gym.
When
Chris
introduced
an
online
personal
training
offering
during
COVID-19
lockdown,
this
was
a
realistic
option
for
me,
so
I
took
it.
Training:
My
initial
training
programme
was
designed
around
my
physical
limitations
and
around
the
equipment
I
had
available
to
me
at
home.
It
was
well
demonstrated
and
quickly
adapted
where
required.
My
follow-up
training
programme
built
on
my
developing
condition.
All
exercises
were
clearly
explained.
Chris’s
experience
is
evident,
even
on
a
patchy
zoom
connection
he
knew
just
when
to
keep
pushing
me
and
when
to
cut
me
some
slack.
Nutriton:
My
nutritional
plan
was
explained
clearly,
monitored
regularly
and
all
questions
I
had
answered
immediately.
I
was
supplied
with
a
lot
of
reference
material
and
aspects
of
this
were
discussed
during
training
where
the
information
became
relevant
to
that
day’s
situation.
Support:
This
is
where
Chris
excels.
Obviously
he
has
the
knowledge
and
experience
to
back
up
the
training
and
nutrition
components
of
the
programme,
but
he
has
also
clearly
worked
hard
to
understand
the
psychological
needs
of
the
individual
client,
meeting
you
where
you
are
at
and
encouraging
you
to
consciously
engage
with
the
things
that
might
be
affecting
your
training.
He
has
mature
and
versatile
communication
skills,
and
is
able
to
tailor
the
information
he
is
putting
across
to
your
knowledge
and
experience
level.
He
is
extremely
perceptive,
able
to
gauge
your
mood
and
capacity
for
training
on
any
one
day.
Outcome:
In
12
weeks
I
have
lost
9kg
in
weight,
18cm
of
spare
tyre
from
my
waist
and
am
comfortably
in
a
10/12
where
I
had
been
a
14/16.
But
that’s
nothing
compared
to
the
psychological
improvements
I
have
seen.
Chris
has
thoroughly
overhauled
my
mindset
and
my
attitudes
towards
food
and
exercise.
I
was
not
a
‘good’
client,
I
came
to
Chris
with
injuries
and
health
problems,
I
hit
setbacks
during
the
12
weeks,
and
struggled
at
times
to
comply
with
aspects
of
the
programme
for
various
reasons.
At
no
stage
was
I
met
with
sympathy
or
criticism,
only
empathy
and
constructive
support
to
move
forward.
And
I
am
left
with
a
toolset
I
can
apply
to
my
own
future
transformation
journey.
I
have
no
hesitation
in
recommending
CMP.
