Lovely clothes, staff very nice. Would be good if they made the lights a bit brighter so I could actually see what I was doing though.

Always have some really good products on sale. I always buy my jeans from here.

On Saturday 7th I visited the store with my teenage son and was assisted by Caitlyn. For a young assistant she was extremely knowledgeable and polite. She provided good knowledge and excellent suggestions. After leaving the branch mid-afternoon we later returned to make further purchases. Caitlyn is a credit to Hollister and this shop will now become our first port of call when visiting Meadow hall, primarily due to the service received.

I spoke with Myra on the phone for some help with my delivery - the best customer service ever. I am not one to write reviews but she really helped me out.

I came here on Tuesday, needed a last minute present , found this coat that would be perfect but there was no XL which was the size I needed, the loveliest girl came over , her name was Maria and it was her first ever day there which I later found out. She went above and beyond, she checked online it said they had 1 in store but we couldn’t find it anywhere, she didn’t give up until she had extorted all options. She asked everyone on tills, on the changing rooms everywhere, she found it and saved me!!! Honestly the most amazing helper ever!!! IF WE HAD MORE MARIAS HELPING OUT THE WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE!!!

Great vibe inside, staff were super super helpful especially one in particular so much so it was like having a personal shopper help out. Managed to get a new fit sorted with some great deals on offer as well in the discount section made to feel very well looked after. Great addition with the disabled changing rooms - although not needed I can see how it would be helpful! The only star off is the store is using the old-style Hollister layout which is confusing and made it very hard to find items at items.

Clothes are cheaper here than they used to be but the same quality, they had a 20% offer on so we ended up getting 2 jumpers for £48, not bad at all

It was really busy in here. The members of staff were working hard to ensure customers knew they could use either changing areas available. They continually came to check they were being used pointing customers to the alternative one even the queue started building. All the clothes from the changing rooms were quickly, folded, sorted into piles and returned back in the appropriate section of the shop floor so other customers had access to them.

Excellent service. Plenty of staff always helpful . Pricey,but generally good quality clothes.

Very helpful staff, they were happy to answer my questions about where clothes stock was located, size availibility etc. Cashier 02456878 was a credit to your store, the way that she dealt with processing my purchase, explaining things with offers etc.

Love this store, quality items at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always feel good in Hollister as I have to go down a size.

This was a wonderful experience. Brilliant quality clothing, my husband is very difficult to please. We visited three times today and each visit was a pleasure and a very pleasant expense.

Staff very friendly and helpful, the only thing u could moan about was its dark inside, lighting very poor, and it's very hot as well.

Great 'californian style' clothes and perfumes for all genders. Plenty of sizes available, including plus size jeans - which are super comfortable. Staff were very helpful + knowledgeable, and the website is available to order items if not in stock within the store. Recommended!

Good selection and not bad prices. Got a few items today and one top I liked never had my size in stock, but Nicole was very helpful and have got it ordered online now thanks to her. Very helpful staff all round.

Really lovely quality clothes, and the shop itself seems really well run. Had a couple of interactions with a staff member in a green jumper and she was excellent- fantastic customer service would reccomend. PS some of the dresses have sewn in safety shorts and pockets!!

Well my daughter took me to Hollister to look for some shorts and I'm glad she did. Not overpriced, feel great on, styling good for my sparrow legs too. Word for the staff, I encountered 4 staff, 3young ladies and a young man ( most are young compared to me!) but they were brilliant. Professional and polite and helpful and friendly. Staff are young and eager, polite...either very attentive, or thought I was a potential shoplifter...personally, I would be happy to have less attention from no less than 4 staff! Also, I will never get used to the low level lighting...I'm not out for a drink or a romantic meal, I want to see what I'm doing and the stock well.

Love the clothes here, although expensive when not on sale. When there is a sale, the prices are very reasonable! Check sizes carefully as they can run small but the staff are always lovely and happy to help and the scents available for purchase are always amazing as well. The clothes are always ridiculously soft as well! Easy to navigate and it's an experience just going in and browsing

Lovely store well layed out and very friendly staff, they helped me create an account in order to get £10 off my purchases and made it all very simple and didn't take any more then 2 minutes. I'll be coming back for the dress in the window hahahaha

Nice shop cashier didn't know what they were doing I bought a coat took him 10 mins to sacn the tag then when asked for e.mail address he had to get someone to help him

Not normally a shop I go into a lot,but it's one of my daughter's favourites! Looking round the shop is well set up,clean and tidy. They do have a good selection of retro clothing,hoodies,jeans etc. The staff are friendly and helpful and the changing rooms are quite spacious too. My daughter found what she was looking for,even if I didn't!😅😅 Anyway take a look for yourself. Happy shopping!

A good experience, friendly staff and not too crowded. Hollister are a good designer brand that aren't too expensive. Quality is always good and never really had any issues with them.

Walked in to the Meadowhall store today to be greeted by a member of staff in hot pants lol I know it’s laid back but jeez lol those extremely short cycle material shorts spent more time checking herself out in every mirror she passed was slightly amusing won’t lie

The lady was so lovely and helpful! My 14 yr old daughter wanted some funky flairs and she had spotted the perfect pair in Hollister. We were shown to the changing rooms given advice on the size and length and even helped to order online so they were delivered to our house in just 3 days 😃 she loves them and she looks amazing ❤️

I was having trouble finding the right size for a shirt that I liked, and Ellie helped me find it in their online store and took us to the click and collect point so we could pay without queueing. I've walked past the store a few times without going in on the assumption it would be too expensive, but the prices are very reasonable and the service was fantastic so I will definitely be going back.
