First time we have visited here. We bought a range of savoury and sweet foods. Tonight we tried the family steak pie £5.00 It was mouth wateringly beautiful. We will be back to purchase more. We also couldn't resist the fresh cream scones, also amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is easy. They also sell a range of fresh fruit and veg...this is on my list for the next visit. I will definately be back when we've eaten the beef, turkey, sausage rolls and homemade parkin... yummy.

A fantastic farm shop, the quality is as good if not better than some of the "big name" farm shops in Yorkshire with prices that are far more reasonable. We've lived just down the road for 20 years and wish we had discovered it sooner

Great place - decent prices. You do get what you pay for, as they say. Pies are crammed with delicious steak. Definitely would recommend.

I have left reviews of Parkside farm shop before, it’s an excellent family business the meat/ produce is wonderful, I just wanted to give another review because they deserve recognition for the service they do. Impeccable.

Wow what a lovely farm shop, the choice of amazing foods is great. Not to mention the tasty hot pork sandwiches Yummy !!

So I was driving past an saw there sign Wild Venison £12 / kilo, I thought bargain, I go in an ask for a kilo of Venison please how shocked was I when the gentleman serving me said that's £22, "but its £12 / kilo on your sign". His response was its £22 / kilo , £12 / kilo is sausage. Needless to say I didn't buy any. #ROB-DOG

What can I say that hasn't already been said. I have to give the roast pork sandwich a mention. Better than any others that I have tried. Loads of melt in your mouth pork and soft, very fresh bread cake, but the stuffing .......is world class. Clearly home made and to die for !

Called for some pie's , and large egg custards today .These , and all I have had , is literally on another level . Many thanks , for taking me back to when a butchers and Farm shops were on another level. Will be back soon , p.s. their hot roast sandwiches are to die for. No joke , treat yourself you want be disappointed. To the owner and staff , God bless and keep you all , we need places that remind use what life is all about . Thank you .

Dropped into this farm shop for the first time the other day, very busy for a midweek afternoon, Bought 2 small pork pies, 2 scotch eggs, 6 duck eggs, 1 large cheese and onion quiche, 1 large lemon curd pie, 2 black pudding sausages and a piece of Yorkshire blue cheese. The pork pie's are very good well seasoned with a good helping of jelly and very nice crisp pastry crust would buy again. The scotch eggs where also very good, far better than the supermarket bought ones that seem to consist of a small egg rattling inside a thin crust of sausage meat, these where very dense with the egg firmly captive and again well seasoned. The Black pudding very nice with plenty of bits of pork fat. I have not yet tried the rest but would make a point of calling again just for the pork pies next time I pass, the whole lot came to just over 21 pounds so very good value for the quality of produce.

Excellent quality and service always but especially for Christmas our Turkey, Gammon and Sirloin of Beef were outstanding along with all our other festive fare! Highly recommended

Drove past at 12pm today, I saw an advertisement board for hot roast pork sandwiches, so I turned around and called in. The establishment is very impressive, but after spending £20 on 2 hot pork roast sandwiches and some other bits, there was nothing hot about the roast pork, it wasn’t even lukewarm! Why advertise hot food? If it’s cold? I’d go waste my money at greggs if I wanted cold food, I’d be abit more understanding if it was late afternoon and closing time, unfortunately it went to the dogs, im only giving 2 stars because the place is nice, but the hot roast sandwiches are not worth your time or hard earned money. 1st and last time, I won’t be going back again

2 top tips, get Brian’s Kebab meat! Hand made and spiced perfectly, Awesome!! Scotch Eggs, bang them in the oven till hot. Sounds strange till you’ve have it! 👍🏻

A little disappointed such a nice place does not shout about what breed and which farm the meat is from rather than just numbers. Registration and passports are for defra the breed and how close the farm is, is for customer satisfaction. Home made selection is really good.

Love the meat at Parkside. We go once a month and stock up! Never have I eaten pies that are so crammed with meat. I could go through all of the produce and sing its praises. My very favourite are the spicy meatballs. So tasty with a little bit of a kick. Would absolutely recommend Parkside.
