I can't recommend Lawn World highly enough! I only wish I'd found them before I went to the expense of installing latex backed artificial turf from another company two years ago. We were assured that the turf we bought was suitable for dogs. It is not! We were told that urine would drain away through the holes in the latex backing and furthermore that the rain would 'wash' the turf. Not true. The urine may well have drained through the holes but what remained was the most terrible smell. The rain did not wash the grass and in fact on some occasions made it worse. The hot weather made it worse too obviously and we became very vigilant and ensured that every time our dog urinated on the turf we would wash it away with lots of water and disinfectant. That didn't work so we tried all manners of other remedies, white vinegar by the gallon load, biological washing powder, disinfectant and other proprietary products. All to no avail. We simply couldn't use the garden in warm/hot weather. I started researching this issue on the internet and came across Lawn World's website. I rang them for advice and I spoke to Robbie who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the subject; he explained the science behind why the latex backing retains the urine smell and outlined the different backings and their suitability or otherwise, for use by dogs. Our turf, although it still looked good after a couple of yes - smelled so awful that we were on the point of ripping it up and taking it to the dump. Robbie quickly despatched K9 Turf Cleaner and as soon as we completed the treatment we were actually able to use our back garden again without being assailed by the pungent smells of ammonia. Amazing. What I discovered though was much more worrying that in fact latex backed turf is not suitable for dogs, not just because it retains urine but because it can be harmful. So if you're a pet owner and interested in artificial turf please do research this and buy the polyurethane backed turf. If you're in the same position we were in and already have latex backed turf, rendering your garden unusable, then do speak to Lawn World who will provide all the advice you need and the only product that works and actually removes the smell!! Sadly our beloved dog is no longer with us so although the garden is now usable following the treatment Robbie recommended - it's rather empty! If we do ever get another dog [too painful to think about at the moment] then we would definitely remove this latex backed turf and replace with polyurethane backed turf now we are aware of the facts. I was so very impressed with the excellent service from Lawn World that I had to leave a review. Thank you

I would highly recommend Lawn World to any one looking to get artificial grass. They do a fantastic job for a great price. I have two boxers who love their new garden. I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Lawn World for doing such a brilliant job.

We got our K9 lawn just over a year ago and it is ideal with us having 2 dogs, its comfortable to walk on and the dogs love just going out there and lying on it like its carpet. The quality is excellent and due to having an awkward shape to my garden, the work was completed to an excellent and very high standard. I have and will continue to recommend this company. We also got our first service completed just very recently and again this is going to be worth every penny for our grass to be serviced twice a per to keep it looking brand new all the time. Came to measure up and provided a quote reasonably quick. I booked the job and called a few days before to check everything was ok. They couldn't find my booking and said they would call back. They didn't call so I did. Was advised the booking was never placed but no apology given. Very unapologetic that I had booked time off, spent a month sorting the garden for this work and had a family party I wanted the lawn down for. Made no suggestion to rearrange a date. It was like pulling teeth to arrange another date. They said they would fit me in asap in next few days but never called back. Sod them then. I'll shop elsewhere. Appreciate they are busy and mistakes happen but mistakes can be rectified with an ounce of customer services and common sense.

Just had (Oct 22) a small lawn laid. In and out in a day all waste etc. removed. The installers were great and friendly. Nothing has been a problem from initial visit (where the lady with samples was friendly and wasn't pushy) to final install. Hopefully, there won't be any issues, but have been advised to contact if there is and they will sort. Definitely recommend. 👍

We had a great experience with this company from the initial sales appointment to the installation. K9 turf is pretty expensive admittedly, but considering the ground work required beforehand it was money well spent. Also, in comparison to other artificial grass installations I've seen, this is by far the most realistic. Our garden suffered with extemely poor drainage, but since the installation 6 months ago, this is no longer a problem. Our young female labrador uses the garden in the same way as if it were real grass, but the digging and charging in and out of the house with muddy paws stopped as soon as the groundwork was done and the turf was laid. Its not maintenance free, but a small amount of work to brush and clean it every few weeks isn't too difficult. We just had our 6 month complimentary follow up service and now plan to pay for the twice yearly service too. Our garden has been an investment and so we want to look after it. It still looks like new, even with the baking hot summer we had this year. The turf clearly can handle the UV, high temperatures, lack of rain and so on. Take advice from the team though about what cleaning products to use as there as many different types on the market. Although we will not be living in the property beyond the life of the gaurantee, we know that our K9 turf can only be a added bonus and attraction to any future or prospective buyer. Lawn World have been so helpful in explaining why I was experiencing so many problems with my latex backed fake grass. I have three little dogs who use this part of the garden for their toilet. Despite daily rinsing the area down and using spray lawn deoderant, there has been the most horrible smell since installing the grass a year ago. Peter from Lawn World explained that the smell and fumes being given off from the grass was actually toxic ammonia. Apparently the urine was becoming trapped in the latex backing and the membrane underneath. I have now some K9 turf which is specifically made for animals as it allows the urine to freely drain through into the ground. I will also regularly use the special cleaner that I'm assured will keep the grass clean and safe for my pooches. Thank goodness for Lawn World. I wish I'd known about them a year ago and hadn't wasted all that time with a smelly garden, not to mention putting my dogs' health at risk by inhaling all that toxicity. They come highly recommended in my eyes.

Really happy with my experience with Lawn World Warrington. Very prompt to reply to initial enquiry and came out to confirm measurements and put together a quote within a couple of days. From experience doing our garden at other properties I would say the price is perfectly reasonable, especially given the quality of the product. Our installer was very professional and friendly and incredibly clean. Super happy! Just from chatting to them you can tell they know their stuff. Highly recommend!

Have an artificial lawn and have regular lawn services. I had some problems with weeds an moss but they came out and have sorted the problem. The lawn looks like new again.
