I'll start by saying: I'm a coffee guy. I've spent almost £5k on my own machines at home. I love coffee. This is the best coffee in Falmouth. I visit to buy beans and have a flat white every time I walk into town. They have a constantly refreshed variety of coffees from specialty roasters around the world, and they have a good knack for choosing the best. The passion for coffee is clear in their expert knowledge and it's shown in the taste of the drinks. Bottom line: If you fancy a coffee right now, or want to buy some grounds/beans for home use, this is the best place in town and you will not be disappointed. Cons: They shut at 2:30pm most days and I sometimes work nights so they're shut once I'm ready for my coffee!

This place is for the coffee lovers, with weekly or fortnightly changing coffee menu. Its like a lottery, always excited to try something new. The staff are always welcoming with the finest coffees you can get your hands on around here and some delicious cakes. Nothing short of funky coffees, always have something special for the adventurous and something classic to be safe. Once you get used to these flavours, there is no turning back to regular coffees... ever. You have been warned. :D Highly recommended. 👌

Coffee perfection in a nice little bustling cafe with very nice staff. I can see why the cafe is busy with coffee this good with a couple of suberb beans on offer & a decaf option. A La Marzocco in place, the king of the coffee machine world, these guys don't skimp. A small selection of high quality pastries & cakes available, perhaps a few plain croissants would have been nice to see personally. Good luck guys, keep doing what you're doing.

I have a new favourite coffee shop. Not just the best coffee in Falmouth but probably the best coffee I've had since I was last in Italy 💖

Great little coffee shop. Very friendly staff, great choices of coffee and cake too. I had a lovely V60 filter brew and the service was brilliant. Don't go to Costa or Café Nero nearby, get some quality coffee, you won't regret it.

Great coffee & cake at one of the most engaging and wonderful coffee shops I've ever visited. Being talked through the flavour profiles of the different roasts on offer was great and made a real difference that sets these guys apart from the competition.

Friendly staff, great coffee, clean toilets and a nice touch to get a carafe of water with it. Cakes looked good but we didn't try them

Stopped here this morning for a coffee and it was absolutely brilliant! I was talked through the three options of beans available and their flavour profile and the coffee matched this perfectly! I will be back before I leave my holiday here

It doesn’t need too many words: amazing coffee, really friendly and welcoming service. They’ve got it right. Simple as that. Love it.

Wonderful coffee experience- the ask you what kind of beans you would prefer, which I’ve never actually had asked before(and ive been to some fairly ditzy london cafes in my time), and for a coffee nut I was so pleasantly surprised . 3.10 for a Latte may be steep(ish) for a student- but I have quite literally budgeted to try out as many cafes in fal as possible while I’m here- and given the quality of service and product, the price is more than fair. so far Beacon is winning ;) defo coming back

A great artisan coffee place just up the hill from central Falmouth. We ordered the filter (drip) coffee, a flat white, an americano and a 1&1 which is a a shot of espresso and a single shot flat white, this is good for anyone wanting to try the difference between espresso with milk or black. They don't have any local Cornwall coffee because they want to champion other rosters and give people options. Well worth a visit well priced for a great coffee experience.

Fantastic! Flat white was spot on. Staff friendly and know how to make a perfect coffee. My 2 year old loved her babychino too. Highly recommended.

Great coffee great people. What makes Beacon special is they serve coffee from a variety of roasters meaning you get a different, but always incredible, flavour experience every time.
