Debs in Leyland is amazing she’s changed my life for the better so much with her understanding , empathy and knowledge . More than just a job would not go to anybody else Debs went above and beyond .

It was with some trepidation that my wife embarked on the purchase of her first mobility scooter ....upon visiting the Leyland branch of Millercare her fears were quickly allayed. Having discussed her scooter requirements (there appears to be more to consider than my wife had initially thought) the lovely & knowledgeable Debbie then came up with some makes & models that might be appropriate.The small, secure outdoor area was ideal for test driving scooters and Debbie was friendly, patient and encouraging. My wife is absolutely delighted with her new little scooter and is ‘tootling around’ all over the place. Thank you Debbie and the rest of the team for your 5* customer service.

Took my mum into Millercare in Leyland on Monday to look at mobility scooters. The lady was very friendly, knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. My mum felt very relaxed. I rang the store a short while after leaving to order the scooter, which arrived today…less than 48 hours later. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you for all your help.

Visited miller care today after having a bad experience with bayhealthcare, Andy showed nothing but profesionalism & he was very knowledgable & genuine, more than happy with my purchase, very happy customer.

I have recently visit Millercare in Leyland and was served by Debbie, she was very knowledgeable about Mobility scooters and through this I was able to make the right choice and I am very happy with my purchase. The customer service I received was nothing more than excellent, nothing was too much trouble and with her bubbly personality and sense of humour was an added bonus.

Am about to have a hip replacement and I wanted to supplement some of the equipment the hospital will provide on my discharge. Saw all the things I needed on the website but there was some error on the website so I telephoned them. Very helpful, ordered what I needed and picked the items up next day. Not sure on the prices but convenience trumps price sometimes.

Excellent service from Andy at the Millercare shop in Leyland. He was patient, very knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We had a rise and fall chair delivered a week later by two of the friendliest and most helpful delivery men I have ever met. We won't go anywhere else, if we ever need more mobility equipment. Five star service all round.

Visited Millercare at Leyland on Friday to have a look at Lightweight Mobility Scooters and see if they would benefit me, my walking and standing is very limited. Andy knew the products very well, he answered every question we threw at him, he suggested I try one out in the showroom and I picked the Pride model which I found very easy to use. He showed us how it came apart, which my husband found easy to do. There was no pressure from Andy, but after a few moments on our own we decided to buy. Best thing we've done in a long while, went to Astley Park on Saturday for a practice run and loved being out together, can't wait to go to the seaside. Gillian
