Always got what you need over at Mousehold garden centre. Excellent staff who are more than helpful. On my last visit they put most of my purchases in my boot for me due to their weight without even needing to be asked. For such a small shop there is so much choice. Would highly recommend. Amazing place. Me and my Mrs were blown away by the selection, and the advice from the gentleman working was great. We went in for a few houseplant items but I realised they have a huge range of hydroponic supplies aswell as your general garden centre items. Highly recommend, will be returning as and when I need items.

This is such an amazing garden shop, although it may look small from the front, they have a massive outdoor section and a good sized indoor section; the plants here are EXTREMELY cheap for what they are. Such a pleasant experience, I always come here! Watch out though, you may spend more than you wanted to 😂

I much prefer this garden centre to the larger ones which seem to have overpriced plants and also tat! Mousehold garden centre is a friendly place where you get a personal service where you can usually find something interesting. Another good thing is you can buy some things like grass seed loose! Great place well worth it visit.

Such a joy to be in, feels like the little garden that you want at home. Staff super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always leave feeling rejuvenated and reconnected to nature. Thai basil a must.

Very good garden centre. Vast range of plants can be found here: more than the better know ones at about 1/3 of price. Complete maze. Like a garden Tardis. If you don't ask you probably won't find.

Great little garden centre with helpful staff and a huge range of plants both common and rare - ornamental and fruit trees, climbers, perennials, bulbs, soft fruit, herbs, hedging etc. Also stocks lots of hydroponic goods and equipment for indoor growing!

Cheaper then most garden shops they stock alot of stuff that cant be brought in top brand garden shops like hydroponics stuff, the shop itself isnt very big but they fit alot of stuff in. The shop workers are very nice and friendly and very helpful when asked about anything, this shop has been here for atleast 20 years it deserves 5 stars

If you drove past it you might not be sure. But when you go into the shop you will be surprised, very friendly everything i wanted was in this shop. Great to see a small busines competing with the big ones. Definitely would go there again

Bought Christmas wreaths to take to colney wood here today able to park outside. The wreaths were beautiful with fruit for the animals to eat as I have to buy nature friendly ones Very reasonably priced and good quality.Lovely customer service there is so much here would highly recommend.Support our smaller businesses they are so good to have 🙂

Lovely independent garden centre full of interesting plants and products. It can be a little chaotic in here but I think that's part of the charm!

I LOVE Mousehold garden centre, although I think you have to be on the more soulful side of gardening to fully appreciate it. If you're the sort of person that measures your grass with a ruler then it's probably not for you. My absolute favourite part is the chillies tent, which has a rich variety of face-melting plants to choose from including the very infamous CAROLINA REAPER

Long established garden centre easy to find and always well stocked. You never know what unique little plant you will stumble across. Staff know their stuff too and if the boss sees you struggling carrying anything he soon spots you and offers to carry your intended purchases inside. 😋

Wonderful 'old fashioned' type garden centre. Lots of different types of healthy plants packed into a compact area - a real joy. Bought some patio roses, an Acer and indoor Boston fern. All doing very well. Staff very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Will hopefully visit again when in the area.

What a gem! A ramshackle and tightly packed garden centre with an excellent choice of plants at very affordable prices. You can feel the knowledge of the people by looking at the offer, but if you get confused and ask for advice, you realise they know their stuff and have a real passion for quality!

Small garden centre with good plants at fair prices.

I was surprised at the value 4 money for bedding plants. Off road parking. A Quick visit for some wool slug repellent. Will be going back for some bedding plants 🙂. The have a website.

Such a little gold mine, full of everything you'd need to make a garden your own amazing place. Very reasonably priced, very nice helpful staff, you could spend hours in the garden it's packed with all sorts of plants, trees, garden ornaments and pots. It's a little treasure.
