Reasonable entry prices and tickets are valid for 7 days after. Thoroughly enjoyed walking around the place. Models are detailed and also has a train track running through. Definitely recommend and suitable for all ages.

A step back to a timeless age when Britain could be identified little islands of culture that are represented by the miniatures throughout the land that is Merrivale. There was an odd feeling of serenity in the village - despite being located in the midst of what is essentially a theme park in Yarmouth Sea Front - however it was well received by my family, especially my wife. The models had what can be described as a dated humour, with many models performing slapstick style stunts, accompanied with an arsenal of puns for their names. My daughters favourite was Dr. I Lash - the optician - you can see where I’m going with this… despite the dated humour and feel for the place, you can tell it is created with love, the models are all situated in a well kept garden with plant labels, giving that extra bit of care and education for those who are willing to look. Not only was the garden and grounds home to miniatures, but also hosted many hedge sparrows - it was delightful to see so many of the small birds flittering about the landscape - to me this pushed the village to 5 stars. There was much more to this attraction - mini golf, 19th century arcade, modern arcade, gift shop and tea rooms - but to be honest - I was happy with the peaceful walk through the gardens. What’s more - I got to see some physical artwork by Banksy - so… gardens, landscaping, artwork and entertainment all for under Β£30 for a family of 4. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Yarmouth.

Absolutely amazing. Ages since I've been to a model village and loved it. Dog could come with us as was fascinated with the trains. So many hidden Easter Eggs and seaside postcard references. Plus ticket lasts for a week if you want to come back.

Visited on quite a hot day. Went round at a leisurely pace with buttons to press and trains to follow it was a lovely little haven on the seafront. Gardens were very well kept and we enjoyed the mini golf at the end. Only sad thing to see is there isn't enough footfall for it or any other places to be open late on the seafront anymore, aside from one eve a week when fireworks are on. You can currently use purchased tickets to return for a free visit. Great to view it at dusk! Thank you.

Lovely place to visit and take lots of photos. It takes a while to walk around and take it all in. You can even get in a short game of mini golf and race a car around a track. Look out for the Banksy copies doted about. Grab some donuts too on your way round. Well worth the money. You get a free return visit too incase you wanted to see it again.

Been meaning to go here for years when visiting Yarmouth, and finally got around to it. It's brilliant, all the models are really detailed and there are a few amusing scenarios πŸ˜‰. Well worth a visit, and the adjoining penny arcade brings a touch of nostalgia for times past. The ticket allows free return visits for 7 days.

Bigger than you think when you walk past on the seafront. Some very good models with sound effects large train track that runs around the place, koi carp pool in the middle the small pools in other places. When leaving you go through the gift shop to a old fashion penny arcade museum which is working order and then a nice cafe .

Recommend this place completely. The price is Β£30 for a family of five and we could return within the week so we returned as dusk to see the model village lit up. It’s beautiful. So glad we did this! Real highlight of our holiday. The added extra of mini gold was a winner too!

We loved our morning at Merrivale. There is a small mini golf course included for free and many places with buttons to press to keep the kids engaged. You can feed the fish too which was a hit with my children. A lovely way to spend a morning or afternoon and check out the old penny arcade on the way out too.

Great for all ages and plenty to see and do. Look out for the small details in many of the exhibits. It also allows reentry this evening and all week and also has a small crazy golf course and an old penny arcade, shop and tea room

Amazing visit, a lovely walk around the village. We played a round of miniature golf. We returned at dusk and walked around again for free! They have delicious fresh doughnuts and a very reasonably priced shop. We didn’t have time to visit the restaurant but smelt delicious.

Great value for money, the attention to detail is exceptional. The gardens are very well maintained and there are quite a few humorous models, like the guy hanging off the balcony in the apartment block. A thoroughly enjoyable visit.

A fantastic model village with some funny little scenes and semi hidden items within the village. There are action/talking buttons throughout the village. The grounds are wheelchair accessible but beware if you have an over wide chair or a heavy occupant. Some of the turns can be tight and the humps a little challenging. Whilst the village is lovely there is also crazy golf, a photo opportunity to have yourself posed in the village, a gift shop, a dog friendly tea shop and my very favourite thing a penny arcade that reminded me of my dad winning items on an old fashioned crane machine, when I was a little girl. Thoroughly recommend a visit here. There's plenty of old pennies available to play o the penny machines.

Great place with lots to do, from the actual village to the Arcade and the mini golf. There were RC cars and boats too! The detail was great and it was well looked after. The only thing I'd say is we weren't told about the displays with sound on them, so look out for those when you visit. Great value for money.

Fabulous place to visit!! Cost us Β£5.99 x2 senior citizens, Β£9.99 for an adult, its also dog friendly and they got in for free. This also included the mini golf in the price which was a lot of fun. You can also return for free within a week when you keep your receipts which is a great idea. The guy on the admission desk was super friendly and helpful :) The paths are all flat and it was wide enough for a small mobility scooter to get around the whole place which we were so grateful for as it meant we all got to have a day out together even with the dogs! We thought it was amazing to look at all the different buildings and models- some gave you a good laugh. There was lots of interactive buttons which gave commentary or moved sculptures around. We also enjoyed feeding the beautiful fish for 20p, driving the car and boats for Β£1 each turn too. They also had toilets on site which were lovely and clean, a gift shop and a penny arcade. Great facilities and a fab place to visit if you are in the area- 10/10 reccomend for the whole family.

Amazing oasis on the sea front. Great model Village with some great humour on the model signage and in the sets. Nice touch with the various Banksy spraycation recreations around the village now, along with the actual location of one. Crazy golf was good and the gardens very well kept. Amusements on way out really good but cash only to buy the tokens.

Excellent little place to visit, can get tickets that you can use for more than a day. Has miniature golf and a lovely little hut that sells hot drinks and treats

We visited here today and really enjoyed ourselves. The model village itself is well maintained with toilets, snack kiosk abd lots of buttons the kids can press to make it more interactive. There's a 9 hole crazy golf included in the price, which kept the kids entertained for ages and cars/boats to race (take plenty of pound coins). There's also carp to feed, if you have a spare 20p. Whilst the price feels a little steep, we were able to return again multiple times within the week, which was great. I do think a trail would have added to the kids' enjoyment but apparently they only do them seasonally.

Love day at model village, so much detail and interaction for the kids. You can spend you time going round, the weather was lovely that day. We had a go on the car and boat rides and was fun, it is an extra cost. It takes you into the old penny arcade which was a fun idea and then they cafe after.

This place was really good. I had not been since I was a young girl. Paid at the door and you can use your ticket for a week. The old penny arcade was fun. Lovely gift shop and a place to eat. A crazy golf course. Young kids will love it.

A very well presented Model village with typical seaside saucy postcard scenes. Miniature Banksy artwork dotted around. 9 hole golf included in the price and you can return within 7 days of original purchase. Well worth a visit if you are in Great Yarmouth.

I've been here a few times, and it's always good to see what has changed/been updated. Gardens looked great, well looked after. When visiting, look for the jokes in the scenes!

Lovely spot, plenty to look at. My partner and I found it the most humorous model village we have visited, make sure to look through windows and pay attention to the business names as you walk around. They also have mini golf which we didn't have chance to do but would like to next time and the penny arcade is a great addition. 2 adults and 2 young children all enjoyed our visit.

August 2022- We always visit here on our holiday. Its such a lovely sight see. The models are always so good. The maintenance of the flowers and scenery. My 1year old loved all the beautiful colours. The staff are always friendly. When you purchase a ticket, you get to go back for free another day (only valid for a few days). I will say, the photo they take at the start.. the quality isn't the best, ours was so blurry.

A very nice place to spend half a day. They are open all throughout the year which is an advantage as nearby attractions are not between October and March. It also includes a 9 hole crazy golf in the ticket, which is great. While there are a number of interesting miniature building, the place could do better with creating different type of houses that are observed across the UK.

Nice little model village for the whole family, there is a small sensory garden here too... Needs updating as it still looks the same as it did 11 years ago.. But it's a pleasant walk around for an hour.

Smashing model Village, lots to see (currently undergoing a refurbishment/upgrade, but not noticeable during opening hours). Nice couple of hours walk round for under a tenner. Small( free )crazy golf included in price. Lots of interactive buttons to press that move the models. Model train runs through the whole park. Cafe and gift shop on exit, and a working exhibition of old slot machines and arcade games, which was delightful. Recommended.

Such a fabulous attraction, myself and the girls enjoyed every second of it! Crazy Golf, plenty of so many well made dioramas to view and in some cases, interact with. Value for money is great, I especially rather liked the Castle at the centre of Merrivale 😁
