What a great place to deliver to. Was booked in to deliver at 16.30. Arrived at 09.00. Only 2 answers. Yes or no. Due to the warehouse staff going that extra mile was tipped by 10.30. For sure in the transport industry certainly makes a change to see. I hope any Knivhts of Old drivers deliver to our ware house. Absolutely useless company - avoid at all costs. Scheduled to deliver on one day so I stayed in all day. They were supposed to phone me an hour before but instead phoned my husband - who was in a meeting (despite explicit delivery instructions to use my number). They failed to find the house (despite it being pinpointed in Google maps) and did not phone and left no message. When we chased they lied and said they had phoned and left a message on my phone - despite it being on all day, in signal and no message received). They then charged to redeliver. Even then they phoned the wrong number again despite assurances they would use mine and having had detailed instructions on how to find house (which has distinctive coloured door and name plate outside). Avoid this company at all costs. Useless, rude and dishonest.

Amazing trucks . Didn't know they had self drive trucks yet.! Just passed a rigid travelling m6 south .junction 17-16 Driver got his seat right back with his feet on the dashboard. AMAZING!!!!! !!!!!!!!!

I can’t recommend Knights of old enough. They stepped in and took complete control of our logistics needs at The Snooty Fox in Lowick. Communication from the onset was first class from my initial call to explain what was needed to timely information and updates I knew we were in safe hands.

Had my fair share of deliveries here.... can get busy at 08:00... friendly warehouse and office staff... always helpful

Busy distribution center and can be long time getting loaded, not a problem if you're a Tramper. They do their best.

Very, very Good - I sent a container by Sea to South Africa with this company, with my car and some personal belongings - they told me what to do with paperwork without being patronising, to be honest I thought it would be much harder work and more complicated with DVLA and customs but it worked like a dream. I guess that what experts do, make light work of complex things. Thank you again.

Great company to work for!

The staff that I have encountered have been polite cheerful and helpful, down side to this site is that it's a busy congested yard if you are making a delivery here. There is provision for smokers here, although the first toilet I found just inside the doors by the smoking shelter was locked shut. I don't know where the driver facilities are located. So all in all, as good as it is bad hence the 3star rating

Friendly stuff unloads really quick

Very disappointed. Got here in time, got in the ramp and then they started unloading me, they took two pallets, they've stopped, loaded the trailer next to me, took again a few, then again stop. Over 2 hours for a 30 minutes job
