I was not disappointed about the view, I was staying at a hotel close to the River Tyne and I decided to go on a little evening stroll and the Quayside was glistening in all these different colour. It was pretty spectacular.

Love the river, and the Sunday market. Had the chance to see the final Queens Baton relay arriving at Newcastle upon Tyne

Really big and wonderful river, cool events and great view.

Quite a beautiful view, even when it's raining. Must see if you visit the city.

Lovely walks in the centre of Britain, Haltwhistle.

The river Tyne is one of the cleanest there is, great for fishing, walking, yachting, pleasure craft outings or just a lovely day out.

Great place to walk along.
