I run a social enterprise woodworking shop local to this outlet store. We support those with disabilities, mental health , veterans and young people. I have been in to buy on a number of occasions and been left to wait and dealt with in a grumpy manner each time being ignored until the staff absolutely have to take notice. Absolutely 0 customer service. I approached staff as we have a budget to replace our workshop tools (makita) and was told that they where busy . No offer to make contact or find someone else to help. I wanted to support a local business to us as it felt crazy for us to keep buying Makita whilst we are so close to the dewalt factory. Never mind we will stick with Makita.

Truly don't want to give them one star. Stay away from Dewalt products. I spent over £143 on a new Socket Drive set. Some of the sockets rusted within a 6 weeks of purchase. They stated a lifetime warranty, Guaranteed tough. They have lasted 6 weeks. Contacted Dewalt who have fobbed off. I sent my warranty off to which they can't find. I recommend staying away from Dewalt. See photos . They havent offered any help or an answer to why they rusted so quick. I never asked for replacements just advice and a reason but nothing.

My wife is upset that I've found this place. Now have nearly all the Dewalt range of 18/54v Power Tools. The Dewalt Factory/Shop is the best place to go for all your tools. Great prices and very knowledgeable helpful staff. 👍A*****

Good value and friendly staff, well worth a visit and you may grab a bargain compared to other sellers who cannot price match, when offers are on. The place to get tools repaired under warranty without fuse. Update. Been a few times more and find members of staff to be really helpful when asked. I like to look in piece and not be bothered by sales people trying to rush me, unlike other stores.... we all have been to them and leave without buying. Would have not found a few more bargains without the help and advice given. No questions are silly and they will demonstrate the tools if asked without hesitation.

A reasonable amount of power tools at astonishing prices as well as tool boxes and accessories I would have thought they would have had more of the range being the flagship store for Stanley dewalt.staff are genuinely helpful and greet you with a cheery hello and try to show the products to their best with space available a store to go for the trade and DIY tools

Happy with the good performances of all my dewalt power tools. Them are fantastic and safe to use

Loads of choice, knowledgable staff and if you’re in there on the right day you can grab a real bargain!!

Great outlet store loads of stock for DIY enthusiast and definitely for the tradesman 👍
