Plenty of activities here for all types of sports, training, and exercise, as well as a soft play area for younger children. There are plenty of parking spaces and good wheelchair access to all areas.

I only use the gym facilities they have a excellent range of equipment, the staff are helpful, friendly and supportive. The whole gym has a great atmosphere.

Staff are rude the pts use the sound in the gym for their own sessions cranking louder and louder so even noise cancelling phones don’t. It’s dirty broken and awful

I have been in for phisiotherapy at Sano , I had bad back specialy in the region of upper back between two shoulder blades, had 3 session till and I already feel It's gone , one session more two go on coming Monday. They are very professional and they know what they are doing, had some brilliant season, I would recommend this physiotherapy to anyone.

Fabulous venue for athletics. Always enjoy competing or spectating here. The height of the main stand allows an unobstructed view of the entire track. There is also access to various areas around the track to allow great viewing of the field events. Ample parking available and there are refreshments on site.

If the young staff at the cafe could have bothered to extricate themselves from their very engaging conversation between each other about their personal lives as another young staff member leans on the counter talking and messaging on her phone, blocking customer access, I mightve been more generous. As it is. My one interaction with staff was very poor. I got that experience and charged £2.50 for a spoon of instant coffee and water. Maybe you put the 99% profit you make on that towards some customer service training?

The Rollerskating club I am a part of chose to book the main hall out today for two hours as it is lovely and spacious for us. About twenty minutes in we started to notice everybody’s wheels were scruffy! On closer inspection the floor was covered in dirt and sticky patches of chewing gum and sweet residue. This became a hazard as we performed our dress rehearsals (everyone wearing brand new and quite expensive costumes), causing even our best skaters to fall over no fault of their own. Overall the floor was just dangerous and unkept.

No one gets back to you regarding membership issues. Charged me incorrect for 2 months and still haven't corrected it. Can't get in touch when you get change or cancel your membership online it just tells you to fill a form in for enquiry and no one ever get back to you! Frustrating!!

This place is buzzing, I think all the 5-a-side courts were being used, there were people using the running track and there were pilates/yoga going on inside. Haven't used it much yet but am keen to get into something.

Good. Struggle to get parked at times. Lots of activities for kids. Staff always friendly and helpful. It's been a while since I've used these facilities but I went with my daughter and grandchildren to the soft play. I have to say it was absolutely fantastic! The price was reasonable, the girl in charge of the soft play was lovely and we all had a fantastic time. There is a huge choice of activities in the soft play area and it is suitable for toddlers and slightly older children too. Everything was clean and safe and I will be going again.

I was watching my grandson training at football in the sports Village and needed to use the ladies facilities which I have to say were almost spotless no dubious odours from the changing rooms which they were situated in

I work in the village salon based inside Middlesbrough sports Village its a great place to visit for all your hair and beauty needs. The sports Village itself is a fantastic site boasting a massive running track and 2 well equipped gym rooms as well as loads of football courts, classes, a kids soft play and so so much more it really is a great place to work and train.

Plenty to explore for the kids. Has a little cafe to get a hot or cold drink, or even some lunch.

Great facilities. I wish some people would drop less litter and around the pitches and treat the changing rooms and toilets with more care and respect.
