Excellent service from this front line IT provider! Their instructions are given in plain, easily understood, language & they carefully explain their instructions, avoiding acronyms, wherever possible.

So one recent Friday I’m using my computer when it crashed (blue screen), no problem (I thought) contacted Andromeda Solutions who could come through the following Monday, but things changed on the Saturday when I tested positive for covid (2yrs down the line & I test positive), contacted Andromeda to explain (being disabled you totally rely on your computer these days) so they arranged to come through first thing Monday. I was to leave to computer outside the front door and they would let me know the problem. 3hrs later a phone call advised what needed to be done & it would be returned later that day, when the driver brought the computer back he phoned from his car, left at the front door & we spoke long distance ie front door/top of drive to ensure I knew what had been done. It was much appreciated that this sort of service is available when it is required, a special thanks to Jake for going above & beyond to ensure that my twenty years of family history research was saved in tact, together with the efforts of your team john m

Excellent service. Travelled 33 miles to collect my laptop and dropped it back when repaired!! Kept me updated every step of the way, as it was an urgent repair. My PC wouldn't boot properly, the fans and lights came on but nothing more. On a Saturday! Having read reviews of repair places on Google Maps, got in touch with Andromeda, and got a reply that afternoon. Took the pc in on Monday and they were able to diagnose the issue, then after contacting me they ordered and replaced the part. All working now. Great service from Peter and Jake, and a reasonable price Would recommend

The service was excellent and very quick. I had two laptops that needed repairs. They picked up the laptops from my house, let me know what was wrong, how much the repair would cost and dropped the laptops back when they were fixed. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Can't speak highly enough about this service. I managed to let my anti virus software lapse and got a nasty virus. Despite updating I was still having issues. I contacted Andromeda on a Sunday and was amazed to receive a response immediately. They would have solved my issue at that time remotely but I had other things on. Instead, amazingly they solved it at 8 am the following day which only happened to be the funeral day of HRH QE2. Absolutely amazing efficient customer service. As I work from home my laptop is vital for my work. But that's not all they went on to notice a slight issue I was having with my emails and as added value solved that too. Thank you so much.

We have been working with Peter and his excellent team for just over 3 years, for our general tech setup, system and hardware upgrades, or for when things simply go wrong for no apparent reason. On a recent Friday afternoon, our ISP took down all of our servers, effectively shutting down our business before an important trading weekend. After a brief call, Peter had left his desk, and within 40 minutes was in our back office working on a solution. Within 90 minutes we had a long overdue server upgrade fully operational, with all of our systems back online. As a small start up business, we don't have the resource for an internal IT department or specialist. However Peter and his team provide a turnkey bespoke solution that far exceeds anything we could ever establish in-house, for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

My cpu sparked and caused my computer to stop working, wouldn’t start at all. Within an hour of getting it they have replaced the power supply, within a day figured out that the motherboard had a problem and repaired it. My computer was up and running within 24 hours of them receiving it. Very quick and reliable.

I know that the massive amount of 5 * reviews may seem dodgy but I can confirm they're all earned. The people here are professional and clearly know what they're doing. They were a very big help for someone like me, who's not that knowledgeable when it comes to tech stuff. Everything was done quickly and I had everything sorted out less that 48 hours. I asked Peter from Andromeda to quote for some home networking work I wanted doing. Peter advised me against the expensive solution I thought I needed and proposed a system that met my requirements and saved me hundreds of pounds. This speaks volumes about Andromeda’s customer focus, integrity and ethos. Ryan installed and set up the system for me. He was highly professional, friendly and a great ambassador for the firm.
