Really polite, kind and helpful

Incredibly scenic! Can't wait to visit next year AGAIN!

I went in to the Visit Newquay Tourist Information Centre on the first day of my holiday and they helped me find everything I needed for the week with my family. They gave me a free map and guide book which I was chuffed with, they were really friendly and gave me lots of tips on family friendly things to do in the area. They also gave me advice on where to eat and the best place to get a pasty! I couldn't recommend them enough if you're looking for information on Newquay. The shop was also really modern with lots of souvenirs which I bought, some maps and guide books and some beach stuff for the kids. They also had a play on the interactive touch screens which they loved whilst we got more information. Thank you to the lovely Visit Newquay staff for a brilliant start to our holiday!

Went in to ask questions for a geography assignment: least helpful people I have ever met! Had to repeat my question several times before any kind of answer was given! Was repetitively told how busy they were at that moment, and how they may not be able to answer my question.
