Excellent response to concerns after a fall on uneven paving and pain to left side. Welcomed unconditionally, prompt professional nursing assessment/triage. Sound advice and open invitation to return if symptoms worsen or give concern. NHS at its best. (And I've worked in or alongside that system for 45 years).

Over the years I have experience the best care I could ever have experienced. I have had operation on my knee, various scans and x-rays, attended the minor injuries clinic.

We are very fortunate to have this amazing facility in Swanage, we are a lot further ( timewise rather than miles the crow flies) than many people from a hospital. The service is wonderful, the staff incredibly helpful and it makes one nostalgic for when all medical staff could so pleasant and helpful.

What a great service. We had a minor accident and was referred up to the hospital by the medical centre. Was given a last minute appointment for our son at the end of the day. Friendly staff, and quickly seen. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a bit of bother. Parking seems to be available on the roads around although we only used the road directly in front.

I needed to visit after being bitten by a cat. The wound was clearly infected. The staff dealt with me extremely promptly, and were so kind, friendly and professional. Thank you so much. What a wonderful service.

Very small hospital and outpatient minor injuries clinic. Only attend after getting a recommendation from 111. I had an unfortunate fall and ended up visiting it, just turned up as I knew they shut at 6. And I was still waiting for a clinician’s call from 111. I must say I was impressed with the professionalism and service I had received. I was seen within a few minutes, also put me at ease in terms of what was going on. Quite reassuring. Wendy and Graham were brilliant. Thank you so much ♥️
