I came to Sameday Doctor because I felt unwell and had to go to A&E. Being told that there was nothing wrong with me, yet I felt that there was, I decided to contact Same Day Doctor just to make sure nothing has been overlooked by the NHS. I got a response within an hour and booked In the next day. The premises are clean, modern and high end. Receptionist is welcoming and Dr. Gurpreet's knowledge and reassurance in knowing what to do was immensely helpful. I got some of my results the same day and the rest on the same week. No delays or wait times. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who cares about their health and wants or needs any medical assistance. 5 star experience from start to finish.

I was delighted with my experience at Samedaydoctor Canary Wharf. I was treated with professionalism and care by the medical team and all other employees and I felt I was in safe, experienced hands throughout. I was grateful for the extended hours as I needed an early evening appointment and appreciated their follow-up and help with a speedy onward referral to a specialist colleague. Incredibly fast service - just what I needed. Was suffering from horrible hay fever this past summer so I needed a hay fever injection ASAP. This was the only GP in my area that stocked these injections and I’m glad I came here as the service was 10/10. Dr Gill was also very friendly and was able to sort me out as soon as I walked in. Will definitely be coming back.

I booked an appointment for my husband to be seen today. This is the first time I have used the service. The doctor was able to arrange an ultrasound scan and an x-ray within 10 minutes. The place we went for the scan was 5 minutes away. The tests were done and we were told that my husband needed to be seen in the hospital. The person doing the scan called the doctor even though the clinic had closed. The doctor spoke to my husband and said not to worry she will sort everything. This was first class service.

Very fast service . The people in the reception were very kind and the doctor was very helpful . I had a consultation with the doctor and she described me that the side effects of my medication I got provided by nhs were actually normal and there’s nothing to be worry about. She also asked me to change my medication so I don’t have these reactions . Thank you so much

Took my baby boy here on emergency Saturday morning as he had a chest infection! Brilliant fast service emailed me back as soon as they opened in the morning and gave me the first slot to see the doctor. She was able to issue a prescription immediately! Great private service !

So happy with the service! They were able to give me an appointment on the same day - no wait no hassle. I saw a lovely female doctor who answered all my questions and then my results were emailed to my personal email account later that afternoon! So much better than seeing my NHS GP (who had over a weeks waiting time)

We have brought our baby boy to see Dr. Gill a number of times, including for vaccinations. Getting an appointment at our NHS GP surgery is almost impossible and long waits in A&E as the alternative (each time for antibiotics) was becoming increasingly frustrating. The clinic is clean and airy and has been able to dispense the medications we’ve needed so far on site, saving us a trip to the pharmacy. Excellent service each time.

Expensive but good value if you want a quick response and excellent customer service. I needed a GP to sign my fitness to practice form for the NMC therefore, I booked a consultation with Dr Kizilates for 150 pounds. I received an immediate response on the telephone, it was easy to find the soonest appointment possible, and on the day of the visit, all staff were kind and professional. Kelly at the reception exceeded my expectations she was particularly helpful in establishing communications with my previous GP. A big thank you!

I had an extremely sore throat whilst at work and was worried about strep throat. I tried calling my NHS GP, the next appointment was in 3 weeks. I was relieved when I managed to see a doctor on the same day, I got a rapid strep test and treatment. It was such a relief as I was travelling at the end of the week. I would definitely recommend.

Being a tourist for a few days in London I was afraid that my sudden illness would ruin the trip I was so looking forward to. Here I got very friendly service and immediately got an appointment. Doctor Gill was a true professional and I got help. I warmly recommend this doctor and this clinic.

I needed to get a typhoid vaccination at short notice, after waiting weeks for an NHS appointment, only for them to have "run out" when I showed up to get the jab. Got a next-day appointment here, at a very reasonable rate, without the tedious 30-minute "consultation" that most clinics force you to pay for in addition to getting the jabs you already know you need. Friendly reception and doctor, nice clean premises, in and out in minutes - job done. Can't fault them.

Of course, people should deserve a swift reply when the name is samedaydoctor. We came here today for a phlebotomy service, friendly receptionists and a professional doctor. Simple, straightforward, fast. This matches my expectation and, of course, the price. Nothing to complain about during my visit.

The doctor couldnt helpe but charged me £60 for an appointment anyway. I went in to have my contraceptive coil removed and the doctor seemed unconfidident and before even starting she let me know that if she couldn't see the strings she qouldnt be able to remove the coil. She failed to tell me that she would still charge me for an appointment. I was on the bed for 10 seconds and she confirmed she could not see the string and that she'd need to refer me to a gynecologist. She charged me £60. I find this service dishonest and will not be using them again.
