Really cool little venue, the open mic night was class. Dem Sweet Nightz had some great acts and host was very entertaining! The little bar is great too 🔥

The venue is amazing. Cozy with a great sound. Been there to see the Short Straws, and was amazed by the previous acts. Rob is such a great host too!

One of East London's hidden gems. Robert has created an oasis for all sorts of new talent and a place for working musicians to come and have a workout in one of the most chilled out venues anywhere. Robert is the most friendly and encouraging guy you'll ever meet and you'll soon be his friend .I've had some of the best musical nights of my life under that arch. Don't miss it.

Thought I’d pop in for a few beers, to chill out alone & to see what’s going on, ordered a pint of ipa & was charged £6.50, apparently it’s a comedy night but these drinks prices aren’t very funny! Left after I finished my drink, shame as it seemed cozy & the staff were friendly, ipa was decent but not £6.50 decent! Disappointed.

Saw G&B comedy here. For those weary of the trip out of 'central London' - it actually makes all the difference. Watching open mics is always a risk, but everybody I saw was a risk taker - and it paid in spades. Besides, Kyle Wallace is an MC extraordinaire. Part comedian, part mentalist, there is absolutely nothing part-time about him: he puts is full into hit. Of course, the Scottish accent naturally lends itself to humor - when understandable - but Wallace comes with his own severity that he leans into just right: like a hairy goldilocks that knows what she's doing!
