Disabled access sucked, staff were incredibly rude to my partner who uses a wheelchair. Lift was broken, had to go in through and emergency exit to get in. Had to ask everytime she needed to go out for a smoke. When she needed the toilet she had to walk several steps, putting her in bad pain for the rest of the night. Staff got frustrated and rude when my partner didn't want to go around the whole building to attempt a route they thought "might" not have as many steps.

The Mercedes-Benz S500L S Class arrived at the beautiful East Winter Garden venue for a wedding reception. Staff were amazing

Poor events venue, freezing in the morning, boiling in the afternoon. It’s like being in a massive greenhouse, as soon as the Sun hits the wall at a certain point, it blinds attendees, and heats up the room to an unbearable level. A really bad idea.

I was at East Wintergarden for the Canary Wharf Squash Classic celebrating its 20th year at this venue, and sadly, perhaps the last one as the cost has become prohibitive for the tournament promoter. It is the perfect venue for a glass show court with seated viewing on three sides and the added bonus of an upper bar area looking down on the court

And okay Conference venue in the half of Canary wharf. Pretty much one big room with a huge window at one end. Perhaps it was the set up of the event I was speaking up, but it was pretty noisy at the back with everybody talking while speakers were on the stage at the front. as an audience member, it could be quite jarring in terms of the different conversations.

This is a conference centre - innovate finance had an event there (industry body). It’s part of the Canary Wharf mall - sits on top so you can go downstairs to get food. I’m used to living west london so just found the whole place mad with people and food is all touch screens and served in three minutes. I had a headache when I left despite the view of the water. Although did meet the ceo of elliptic (crypto/blockchain analytics Simone Maini) “the coolest woman” in crypto so there was a silver lining. Also spotted the bronze sculpture so another silver lining.

Absolutely stunning venue for events, in the heart of Canary Wharf

Superb venue and not to be looked over. Location next to the water was a great choice. Attended a wedding there in October but weather was beautiful and the glass windows allowed natural light to set the magical mood. Simply fantastic! The car park wasn’t far at all but it wasn’t easy to find for all and the discounted ticketing system needs to be made more public. Other than that, the venue was spacious, clean and well accessible for disabled guests. Would recommend for a memorable day!

Designed by the internationally renowned architect Cesar Pelli, the East Wintergarden is housed within a striking, 27-metre-high, glass dome. Flexible and uniquely designed to host glamorous gala dinners, cocktail receptions, product launches, international conferences or private events. Wedding reception, etc.
