Phoned KPMG's Canary Wharf HQ today (on a business day in normal working hours) and call went unanswered for several minutes until I hung up. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional - indicative of all the other services they offer?

Unqualified, rudeness, unhappy unknown of everything and very badly English spoken Brazilian man, attending at the reception today is this raining afternoon, who’s should’t being working there at all. Unfortunately I have a very badly time trying to understanding his very badly English, to be honestly I think this lovely company should choose much better and properly they staff in this well known company, who I know for years, please give a place to English people’s firstly because this country it’s belonging to them and not to the others countries.

Do not use them, they charged us around £20,000 for our case, they have hidden charges and extortionate charged us hourly rates for work that cant be proved. Thieves. AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE.

Amazing building, with a fancy restaurant on the 14th floor for special guests and clients. Probably one of the best and biggest KPMG offices around the world.
