I went in the post office to send a document the envelope already had a first class stamp all I wanted was a recorded delivery stamp. The cashier said the stamp was a free postage so I had to pay nearly £4 at the end I took back the document went to my local post office and paid £1.50. second bad experience I will not be going back there again

The manager was so disgustingly rude I have actually decided to write a review and warn people not to use this branch. I have never in my adult life been spoken down to by such an ungracious person at the Post Office. Avoid at all costs there are other post offices very close with lovely and reasonable staff

It was my first visit to the post office, so I was excited to find where I would mail my friends and family cards and gifts. I was greeted with a warm reception by lovely Vrunda. She is kind and has patience. It makes your day when someone is nice to you. I’m glad my new post office staff are helpful and friendly.

Very friendly postofficer, her name is Vrunda. I went to post 5 mins before the office closed, and my stuff was unpacked, but she was very patiently helping me without rushing, and assured my parcel will be accepted and handled. Very helpful and responsible indeed!

I went to the Post office in Canary Wharf, and it was an amazing experience. Trying to post a large letter yesterday morning with a prepaid label. The lady was extremely rude who complaining about my parcel is too large refuse to post and asked me to pay extra to get a parcel label. I’ve followed Royal Mails parcel size requirements strictly, the parcel size perfectly fit for the large letter, and weight is within the allowed range. She even tried to push it through the size testing board, it already went half way but she insisted it’s too large and refused to post. I went to another post office branch in city of London, everything works perfectly staff are polite and I even checked with them, they confirmed there’s no issue at all with my parcel. Don’t waste your time to visit this branch service is horrible and staff are ridiculous.

Jamki is a star ⭐️. She was amazing in helping me sort out my parcel today. I actually forgot to put an item in the price I sent and she helped me rectify it with no fuss. Very pleasant with a smile!

Janki was amazing! She explained everything clearly when I wanted to exchange money, not only was the process was simple I got the best rate and it got deposited straight into my bank. I love it when things become more simple than you think!

Canary Wharf Post Office is well run and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. In particular Bneat on the foreign currency desk is always very pleasant and helpful with advice on how to get the best rates; he recently recommended the Post Office multi currency card which I found very useful on a recent trip.

Had pretty bad experience with collecting BRP card. I paid about £22 for a redirection from a post office in Manchester to Canary Wharf but they did not send it to Canary Wharf so JANKI from this Post Office helped me email the BRP Collection team. I then had to send back and forth emails to finally get someone to send the BRP card from Manchester post office to Canary wharf post office. Even though i went through a stress and hustle, the 4 star is for JANKI. Thanks 👏👏

Went to the post office to hand in my passport forms one of the senior staff vetted my application form and found some errors. So after corrections we paid our £16. for the post office fee + passport application fee and due to their expertise, I got my passport within 8 days. So I highly recommend paying the post office checking fee.

Went there a couple of times and always felt delightful, especially today. Ruby, the young lady with a pleasant smile helped me to deliver some fever medicine and honey back to China for my sister and her kids. This was the first time I sent medicine through post office and I went without a clue. Ruby was extremely helpful and patient, explained the rules clearly and helped me to choose the right packaging stuff and the fastest route as well. She also asked about the situation in China, showing empathy and kindness. Her professionalism and kindness made this daunting task very easy and pleasant. I was helped by BNEAT! I was in the post office to mail an application to the US Embassy. I was completely confused regarding the two prepaid envelopes that were needed as well as how yo convert a postal order from US Dollars to British Pound Sterling. When I needed sn answer from the Embassy, he allowed me to step away from the que, make my call and return without queuing again. I have sent several parcels during the past months. The queue is rather dynamic, the location is convinient, just in the center of the Canary Wharf. It is possible to pack a parcel just in the post office, they have chairs and pens. Also post boxes are available for sale. When sending, the items inside should be listed in the sending documents. Prices: Each time I was asked for the value of the parcel in pounds. International tracking prices are rather, so I paid around 90 and 55 pounds for 3kg parcels to Kyiv, Ukraine. And around 60 pounds for 1.5 kg parcel. The value of parcels was around 100-200 pounds.
