I took my sister to this hospital we were stopped at the door to sanitise and change our masks and to explain why we were there...no problem till we got to the receptionist who told us we were 3 minutes late and we might not be seen although the staff were all there waiting in the corridor to which one of the nurses replied that it was OK they were waiting for her...I offered to go back outside to wait so was then told ...no you can sit there cos she's not very good is she...it took all my strength not to ask her what charm school did she go to ...

My wife had scan to here today. Easy to park.scan on time. The ladies who performed the scan were excellent,very pleasant,very helpful, courteous and very professional. Hospital clean and tidy a pleasure to visit.

I attended the Guest Hospital for a chest X-ray. My appiontment was at 7.15pm so it was nice and quiet. There where masks and sanitizer in the entrance, there was clear directions on my entrance. The X-ray department was small, quiet and clean. The women on the reception desk was welcoming and showed me where to change. There was no one waiting I walked straight in the staff were fast and friendly and was very informative. I was in and out within under 10 minutes. I would reccomend a X-ray here rather then at Russells Hall Hospital as you will usually wait 30 minutes when there isnt a que.

Visited here to see Dr Lewthwaite - excellent visit. Parking was easy, hospital was quiet, everything ran to time, and the Doctor was understanding and explained everything in detail.

The woman on the reception desk on the xray department with the short brown hair , is so rude has so much attitude when speaking if you want a person to do something or ask a question, there is a normal polite way of asking rather then being rude and having no respect , apart from that the rest of staff have been lovely

Had to go here for a chest X-ray, I was panicking about everything, I spoke with the receptionist and she was absolutely lovely, she offered me an earlier appointment as well to stop me worrying about traffic. Really lovely staff, lovely clean hospital and I’m so grateful to the lovely receptionist on the X-ray department. Thank you!

Just went for blood test.at Dudley guest.in and out within 5 mins no waiting either .top class lady too.realy nice.highly recommend this place to have a blood test

I BEEN THERE TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME,GOT BLOOD TAKEN. HATE NEEDLES BUT THE LADY WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND SO NICE THAT I DIDN'T FEEL A THING. Also been seen earlier and treated with respect

Took my son today he uses a wheelchair and has learning difficulties but they treated him with respect and put us at our ease Dr king and nurse Jacqui were brilliant at explaining everything all staff were caring and kind just like to say thankyou u doing a great job👍👍👍👍

Had a scan in the Outpatients Centre by Gemma and her colleague sorry didn't get her name so caring and professional and made the whole process less worrying. Thank you both for putting me at ease.

Fantastic hospital. Clean, calm, friendly, couldn't ask for more. Very lucky to have this hospital so near to me.

We see the news on crumbling, decrepit hospitals with leaks etc - not in Dudley NHS. The Guest hospital is like all other NHS settings in this borough (that I have visited) - modern, clean, neat and fully staffed by (I have always found) pleasant, helpful and caring staff. Guest Outpatients has plenty of parking (abled and disabled). It looks really good from the outside and gives one a sense of pride in our NHS. Inside, it's clean and airy and well signposted. The security staff are helpful and pleasant. There was no waiting for my appointment time and I recieved excellent help from the physiotherapy department. What more can one ask for?

Absolutely outstanding.. I had a CT scan there and they went above and beyond with care kinds .. lovely comfortable calm welcoming hospital 👏👏👏

TB clinic consultant Dr James, James, Julie and the other staff are so friendly and are a great team. They have made me feel so at ease going through my difficult time, credit to them all and a big thank you! Dr James is a breath of fresh air to the team. 👍🏼🩻🩺

First time to this clinic,it was amazing from the porter who directed me to right place reception all medical staff and Pharmacy lady you were all lovely people,Thank you all for my care.

I went here for a routine blood test. Before going I booked the test online at a specific time. I entered the building and sat down outside the blood test area and I was called in exactly on time after waiting only 1 minute. I found the The Guest outpatients very professional and a very clean place, also friendly staff and efficient to go with it. A very good experience again.

This Hospital has never changed, only the Buildings, the Staff are so helpful and caring, unlike one not far away from it. Well done The Guest Hospital you are all a credit to the NHS.

Why bother having appointments for blood tests when they're still don't get you see when you're supposed to I don't expect to have to wait nearly 25 minutes after my appointment disgraceful

Despite the greatest efforts of governments to privatise the NHS by starving it of funds, they do a fantastic job and I'm very grateful.

Went to pick up prescription both time's was in and out within a few minutes very fast friendly and efficient service.

Covid test, on time, no waiting, excellent servie.

Nice friendly staff.. parking expensive and they don't let you in before 8.00am

Visited the Guest Hospital (17/01/2022 AM) for a blood test for myself and my husband who suffers with anxiety when it comes to blood tests. The young lady was absolutely amazing, she was very considerate, thoughtful and professional. She made the whole experience very welcoming and calm which put my husband at ease as soon as he walked into the cubicle. I'm unsure of her name, but I want to send a heart full thanks for making the appointment comfortable and stress free. Which I'm sure has helped his anxiety for the next appointment.

had a blood test...im 6'3 and just under 22stone and yes I'm a wimp when it comes to needles...but the lady who took my test was excellent....reassured me and got it sorted with no fuss...unlike Corbetts that made my arm look like a pin cushion...anytime I need a blood test now the Guest is the place

Easy to park, staff are very pleasant, it doesn't get massively busy and its clean and well organized. If you get a choice of having to go to either here or Russell hall hospital choose here! The only downside is getting on and off the grounds as it is on a very busy dual carriageway, so care is needed here.
