Once again great Barista training from Caffe Society as usual. Our trainees have been knocking out some amazing lattes and cappuccinos since their training. Been again in April to get some valuable Barista training for our trainees, as ever Jamie was great and our cafe trainees who have learning disabilities did a brilliant job

Thank you Caffe Society for working with us to choose our coffee machine and items, getting it delivered before Christmas and getting it installed Christmas Eve! The team are very knowledgeable, communication was great and they bent over backwards to ensure we got everything set up for our opening Christmas Eve. Spoke to few people there and all helped us in what we needed. I would recommend them to any company for your coffee/coffee machine related needs.

Rude and argumentative on phone too, engineer put the machine back together wrong and I had to rectify. At one point blamed me for buying a reconditioned machine that they sold me?? I did not deny that the machine was bought 5 years ago but I would like to mention that the MULTIPLE repairs to the machine were carried out in the last 6 months and you where happy to repair it and accept payments. The fact that I was called up minutes after placing this review and told to remove my review otherwise you will not assist me any further, I class that as a threat and blackmail. I think we should let the people reading this make their minds up about all this and make their own judgment. Fantastic coffee beans, I get loads of compliments from my customers. Website is very easy to use and delivery is quick and always accurate. I also got my machine and grinder from caffe society, and the whole process was great. Paul was great when I met him at the showroom and was very knowledgeable. Simon has been great dealing with all of my orders and queries and the engineer who in installed the machine was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this company.

Overall a very positive experience. The sales team were incredibly patient with me while I dithered around over which machine to buy and were very generous with the machine & ingredients package I selected. The engineer was a little bit 'quiet' and I found that I had to ask a lot of questions and was a little apprehensive the first time I used the machine, but had to remind myself that the barista training was only supposed to be 'basic'. I love my machine and religiously carry cleaning it in order to keep it in tip top condition. Thank you Caffe Society.

We bought Gaggia Ruby Pro 2 Group Tank Fill coffee machine from Caffee Society in October. The machine so far works very well. The team provided excellent service from ordering, delivery, training and support. The coffee is also very good, we had nice feedback from customers, so we will order the coffee again.

Having no knowledge of coffee machines I spent the day at the showrooms discussing different machines and what we might require. Very informative, interesting and helpful. We purchased a machine which arrived quickly. Engineers were helpful with pre-checks and installation. 2 hours of basic training were invaluable. Had a great experience working with Caffè Sociéty for the ordering of our business coffee machine. They were able to understand our requirements and provide a machine that was perfect for our needs. We weren't originally going to purchase coffee from them, however, the free bag provided was actually really nice, so decided to stick with them for coffee supply too. Managed a small finance agreement for the machine which was easy and straightforward through their finance partners.
