My experience of the clinic was honestly amazing. I have been waiting months to get my implant out and thought I had better get a back up contraceptive whilst I waited for it. But the nurse offered to take it out for me. I was scared as hated it last time but she talked to me throughout and did such an amazing job that my arm healed so quickly with no blood. Everyone was so kind and I couldn't thank them enough.

I brought my daughter here to remove and replace her coil with an implant. When she returned out, she was so happy and relieved, couldn't stop smiling about how easy and kind and gentle the ladies that met were with her, Ellie and Lucy met her requirements and above and beyond, answered every question with patience and reassuring honesty, made her feel at ease and worked gently and comfortably in a way that experience shows. Thank you so much for making my daughter feel worry free and among professionals for this procedure.

I had my coil fitted twice here by Mrs J Bowe , she and health care assistance Chaya were extremely professional and caring, they know well what they are doing and respected my time and guided me with compassion and kindness all the way through the procedure. So very happy with the experience here. However I feel so sad that they have to work in a room with no heating! After all the hard work they do ... I think management really needs to do something about this once and for all, it's not comfortable for the patients either! The reception staff were really helpful too :)

I had an appointment earlier today and was very dissappointed by the way I was treated by the staff. The receptionists were perfectly fine and welcoming but the lady I had my appointment with was quite rude. She rushed me through my whole appointment and was quite degrading. I got the feeling that she assumed things about my sex life and I left feeling judged. I will not be returning to this practice.

Great services, lovely reception staff and the nurses are brilliant. I saw Sally and she made me feel at ease and explained everything well. She even gave me a great recommendation for lunch which was delicious! (Social Board, St James)

Beyond expectations at every visit. The team always make time to hear what you say and never leave you feeling rushed or not heard. All staff have always been welcoming and sincere and able to make sure you understand treatments an options. Non judgemental without prejudice always.

Absolutely brilliant service! Yesterday I had to go for a second attempt of a pretty painful procedure and was so lucky enough to have the best support there. I felt quite anxious about going through it again but I was immediately put at ease and felt so comforted throughout the whole process right until the end of it. Thank you so much to Ali and Jo - you’re both amazing! :-)

Had a small procedure on my lip today. Amazing service. Lovely Drs, reassuring, and calming. No pain involved, can’t speak highly enough. Humbled by all the staff, and the NHS as a whole. Thank you all. Your wonderful.

Extremely great service when there, felt listen too and respectful. Sexual health is very important, whether you're going into a long term relationship or have causal fun. Best to get test regularly, never know when you might meet someone you really care for.

The nhs website instructed me to contact this clinic, I called, waited over 45 minutes before my call was answered, only to be told the service I needed has ceased, instead of assuring me that they will advise nhs that they're no longer providing this service so nhs can update their website information, they start blaming nhs. When I voice concern for the inconvenience I've endued, the service manager stated even though they've stopped mass service, she can book me in! When I queried why wasn't that offered to me in the first place instead of her reception and her kept telling me they've stopped providing that service, the line went dead. Furthermore when the Service Manager came on the line, she asked for my full name which I gladly gave to her, however when I asked for her full name, she gave me her first name and said I do not need her surname. Is this the nhs service that we're all fighting for?

The staff here are fantastic. True professionals and handle anything just right x

I have been to the clinic on many occasions , all the staff there have all been more than helpful and very friendly. After having a biopsy and getting my diagnosis I’m now on the road to recovery. Well done to all the,staff,nurses and the doctors.

Lady at the reception awful, she told me that my doctor was in the building for an appointment I have been waiting for months I had to insist finally she referred me to the right place. Also very rude

The staff was very nice. Definitely come back.
