wish
we
could
have
left
no
stars
-
one
star
is
too
much.
We
are
so
disappointed
and
we
will
be
making
an
official
complaint
against
the
manager,
"Atalia'
who
should
not
be
a
manager
of
anything,
as
she
can't
even
manage
her
own
temper.
We
have
been
customers
there
for
at
least
15
years
and
today
we
placed
an
order,
and
just
before
leaving
the
house
to
collect
it
I
nearly
passed
out.
TWENTY
minutes
before
we
were
due
to
collect
the
order,
for
the
first
time
ever,
I
called
and
explained
to
the
manager
that
I'm
suddenly
ill
and
couldn't
get
there.
Instead
of
waiting
to
hear
what
I
was
going
to
suggest
(my
partner
could
have
collected
it
later!),
the
manager
screamed
down
the
phone
at
me
that
from
now
on
I
will
have
to
pay
in
advance
over
the
phone,
or
my
orders
will
be
refused!.
If
that
was
how
they
did
business
it
would
be
fine,
but
it
isn't.
She
didn't
even
give
me
a
chance
to
say
someone
else
will
collect
it
later!
She
just
opened
her
big
mouth
and
lost
a
customer.
What
kind
of
manager
says
that
to
a
good,
trusted
customer,
who
is
suddenly
taken
ill,
in
such
anger?
The
manager
threatened
to
refuse
my
business,
as
if
she
will
ever
get
it
again!!
To
be
honest
I
think
it's
time
to
leave
them,
because
their
portions
have
got
smaller
and
their
prices
have
gone
up
by
a
third
in
the
space
of
a
few
weeks.
We
have
started
using
Sushi
Fix
which
is
just
as
good,
much
cheaper
and
in
the
same
area.
Good
riddance
to
the
most
expensive
sushi
place,
where
you
never
know
whether
you're
going
to
get
a
decent
portion
or
not.
