Kassy was with Bluehouse Vets All her life, from 16/8/2009 untill 29/3/22 💔 very grateful for the support we had, fully able to trust in advice & procedures required, would 100% recommend. Had my faith reinstalled at Blue House Vets excellent care reasonable cost, treated with dignity and respect both my fur babies and myself. Can highly recommend and can't thank the team there enough for care and attention to detail fur baby now out of pain and didn't mind going back for a check up her faith reinstalled too. Rang around 5 vets before this one. This is the only place to inform me that my dogs vaccination is compatible with another brand instead of just telling me no. Booked in for her 2nd jabs. The vet was amazing. Checked her over, recommended an ear cleaner, showed me how to check her ears, gave her a good fuss after her injection then gave me a puppy pack with goodies in on my way out. 100% recommend 🐶 and will be using for all my puppy needs

Took my Greyhound here for the first time today as it was recommended to me. I was not disappointed. Everyone was nice and friendly from the receptionist to the vet. This will be my regular vets now.

Today we said goodbye to our beautiful Staffy Dave, the vet was absolutely amazing and talk my son and I thorough the whole process. The separate room they have set up made saying goodbye that little easier and meant we could have one last cuddle on the sofa.

Amazing vets here at Blue House. Very caring and listen to what you need. Gave me time to process the loss of my 21 Yr old cat before asking what I needed to do

this is the best practice I've ever registered my dogs with full stop. They put the animals welfare first and foremost and actually listen to the owners and are open minded.

Excellent vets !!! Good for parking came into the vets lovely and clean very spacious. Lovely reception area very friendly welcome when checking in. Lovely sitting area just for cats. The vet was very friendly explaining things to us. Highly recommend Blue House Vets.

The commitment from the team at Blue House is outstanding. This last year or 2 has been hard for us with the loss of our beloved pets. The Blue House team have ensured our pets have had a very comfortable ending in their old age. Their compassion and expert advice has been very valuable. Thank you all for ypur amazing commitment xx

Blue House were recommended to me. I'm so glad they were. I've never been in any vets that has such a fabulous reception. So homely and welcoming. This must make the animals feel better (and owners). The staff I found to be very friendly and put us at ease. (We have a very load excitable dog) they took the time to talk us, and our noisy dog making us feel less embarrassed. I will 100% be recommending to anyone who will listen 🐾🐾

Wonderful Veterinary centre. Very positive experience from booking the appointment to attending. The centre is very clean and has a calming waiting area. The receptionists are all really polite and friendly. Sarah is also a lovely vet, she was amazing with my cat and is really friendly and kind. I’m happy I chose to come here and will continue to come here. The Pet health club is very beneficial, I’d really recommend this.

As a long time dog owner I've used most local vets but for the last 17 years it's only been Blue House. They very professional & the vets have a genuine caring towards the animals. Only one mess up in nearly 17 years & that was a receptionist, who we booked in with during Covid & we waited 40 minutes before I asked what the wait was, as people were arriving long after us & leaving already. She basically forgot tell them we had arrived. This resulted in our new puppy wetting in the car because of the long wait. We couldn't put her on the floor outside as she was susceptible because actually waiting for her vaccinations. Other than this incident that they didn't take seriously, the rest as been good. So one star dropped for this incident that really should never happen.
