AVOID AT ALL COST. I've got multiple buy to let mortgages and I never had so terrible experience. First of all after sending all requested documents including my driving licence and passport, they managed to get my name wrong 3 times on a row on the same document. Then there is the massive hidden fees... the broker said there will be £995+£795 in fees and 6.79% interest on the loan to which I agreed. Then I asked for confirmation that these are ALL the fees as I need to do my calculations before committing to a new loan and they confirmed that that will be all. Few weeks later, well in the the purchace proccess, they increased the £795 fee to £995. Then it was theirs solicitor's fee of £600, later they added another £100 fee for god knows what. And on the day of completion they charged another £30 for bank transfer even though in the paperwork clearly states: bank transfer fee - £0.00. Two times asked for insurance for the property AFTER my solicitor send it to them. I applied for two mortgage in the same time and after adding the additional fees to both mortgages I declined one of them as it was ridiculous. Unfortunately I couldn't decline the other one and I had to agree to their scam and hidden fees. DO NOT USE TOGETHER MONEY IF YOU CAN

Thanks for the prompt service and understanding of the underwriter / team at Together in completing our second charge mortgage. We went for a re-inspection on our property but are happy with the outcome in the end. At every stage text messages were sent, promptly advising of our case’s progress, which was good. There was a slight hiccup on my side with a legal entry but a solution was suggested and everything went smoothly. Had a really good experience sorting our mortgage. Didn’t think we’d ever afford our own home, but using a broker meant we had access to lenders like together. Yes we paid more, but it has got us where we wanted. They kept us informed every step of the way through email and text and offered reassurance when needed.

We were very apprehensive about going with together initially, but due to our circumstances we didn't have a choice. However, I have to say, they have been fantastic from day 1! So much so, that we have been with them for a year already and have now remortgaged with them which was extremely easy to do and done in a very quick Manor. Highly recommended to anyone who may struggle getting a normal mortgage but are keen to get on the property ladder.

Together have been amazing. They came up with a solution to our complicated mortgage, no one else would. This company look at you as a person rather than a number and understand things aren't always black and white. They are thorough, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough.

The most stressful process I have been through and I've purchased a number of properties in my time. In the middle of conveyancy Together gave us 2 days to complete or they'd increase their rate. There was absolutely no way their own team could have completed in that time ( their solicitor wasn't the quickest ) so this was absolutely impossible. They offered us an increased rate, then 2 days later on the Monday withdrew this for a huge increase. Unfortunately they had us over a barrel at this point as we would lose the property if we didn't go ahead. We did proceed but it took a few more weeks, largely down to their legal team. In contrast to this, another lender has held their rate they offered to me in April on another property with no increases or games. Would I recommend Together ? Absolutely and categorically not. Although we're in financially shaky times there have been very few lenders who have acted so unethically. I will definitely be giving them a wide berth on future projects. P.S. The system doesn't allow me to give zero stars or I would have done.

Together are a great company to work with. They were very fast in making a decision and approving my application. They were 10x faster than their competitors. Within 10 days of applying for bridging finance the funds were received from them and the deal was done. I highly recommend them if you want great service and a fantastic result.

Together were amazing from the start to finish. The loan process was very easy to follow and very efficient. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend taking out a loan with Together.

I've had a pretty poor experience of this lender. On the plus side they were prepared to loan us start up money but it ends there. I arranged 2 secured loans and you'd think they'd use the same solicitors for both to streamline the process and minimize my costs - but no. For some reason they chose 2 different firms. It definitely left me with the feeling that they're main aim is to inflate costs and cream money from whomever they do business with. Unfortunately customer care is way down the list of priorities. They insisted I installed a message app on my phone and then never used it. So that was a total waste of time. Luckily I had an independent broker to put up with the changing goal posts and last minute questions which they already had the information for. Or a further request for ID info which my solicitor had already approved and shared with them. Both my broker and solicitor had to make representations to Together for being unreasonable. So I'd say if you need to use them opt for a broker to soak up the hassle.

I can safely say dealing with together has been the most stressful and difficult experience getting finance to buy a building. I have bought many properties in my life and never experienced anything like together. A friend of mine has also used together at the same time as me and has also had the same experience, so my case is not an isolated incident. Also last minute rate changes. I can 100% say that I would never use together again if I had a choice. Avoid like the plague if you can. However, my mortgage broker, Danielle at LL Estates in north Wales has been brilliant and cannot fault her at all.

Recently done a comercial mortgage with together and i couldt believe how easy was the progress. There are few bits i didnt really understood but the sales team were extremely helpful and very patient to go through everything and make sure everything were clear by my side. It was a pleasure to work with together .

One of the worst bank I ever worked with. They were very poor in communication and I lost £600 because of their lack of response and did not send me the funds on time. I almost lost my 10% on an auction purchase. I will never recommend this bank to anyone
