    Visited this branch on several occasions and most recently to collect eBay purchases. At times like most of these outlets can be busy and the shrinking staff numbers can be hard-pressed to keep up at times. I have never experienced a problem here, but being retired I can pick and choose the time of my visit. The new service for eBay seems to work extremely well, a flash of a barcode on my phone and in minutes my purchase was available at the counter.

    Shocking customer service. The manager Karen is aggressive. Someone from upper management needs to look into this store and find out what's happening. If you return anything then you will experience what I've experienced. Sainsbury need to look into this further. I will never shop at Argos ever again!

    I find the staff very helpful. They don't rush you and do their job well. I use this outlet frequently and have always been very happy with the outcome. I have also heard the staff having to deal with extremely aggressive people whichthey certainly do not get paid enough for. Remember it's not the staff's fault that some items are not in the shop. Civility costs nothing. Treat people the way you would like to be treated.

    Excellent service all round from the Manager (forgotten her name) today at 3 p.m. carried my item to the car. A credit to the Company with her helpful and courteous manner.

    My emails didn't work and the manager phoned up while i was in the shop for the number so i could get my order first class service and really helpful at linwood shop at 11 today

    I went to the shop to pick my ebay parcel up however, there was an issue with the delivery. Also, the shop was busy. The member of staff "Jan" was so kind and very helpful. I am a foreign speaker and don't feel comfortable on the phone and Jan called ebay for me and resolved the issue and could then locate the parcel. What lovely lady and great customer service. Thank you very much.

    The signage very clear with one way system in operation. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Items retrieved very quickly. Enjoyable experience and would certainly recommend this store. Well done to all. Gaynor Hynd-Hill

    Good place but the hot dog stand in the parking lot is a disgrace. The hot dog I was served made me puke. It was barely warm and watery, and somehow partially raw. I can't believe that stand is allowed to operate. Worst 2 pounds I've ever spent. How can you even fail at heating or cooking hot dog sausages??

    Nothing against staff. They've all been great so far. I recently bought a PS5 controller and at the time, following staff advice, I did an extended warranty. The controller got damaged and now I can't exchange it because there is no stock anywhere and Argos do not do interstores exchanges! So they are not offering any options and meanwhile I am out of controller for nearly a month and with no perspective in sight of having one soon. This almost looks like Argos tricked me there with the extended warranty. My advice based on my experience is, don't buy at Argos and most of all do not do their extended warranty. Thanks for the staff for having the patience do deal with me. Last thing I want to do and coming from someone that worked in retail, is ruin your day.

    Awful customer service when I tried to return a faulty item. Passive aggressive and called me a liar. Went to another Argos store and returned the item with no issues.
