Service was excellent. My currency was in store at Buchanan Galleries ready for collection before expected. Cristina, who worked in store was first class, very friendly, chatty and nice 👍 Wouldn’t hesitate on using them again Another outstanding service from the team in store upon returning some currency. Heather (the blether 😀) is a credit to your business her overall mannerism makes her a perfect front for you. The process was quick and easy and was made enjoyable by her. This was a very last minute online order for collection which is a better rate than ordering in store. I actually had to go back a second time as unfortunately I didn't have ID with me, which was my error. When I did collect, it was Heather who served me. Heather noticed my (kiwi) accent which she loved. She was very friendly and chatty which made my visit enjoyable. Thank you!

What a superb service. Staff members Heather and Betty were brilliant. My travellers cheques from a bygone era perhaps would have been more at home on the Antiques Roadshow... but Heather rose to the challenge. She did a great job exchanging my aged travellers cheques for £s and we had an enlightening experience to boot. What a memorable positive experience, great chat, helpful staff and I want to say a big thank you for making my day. I can't speak highly enough about the service.

I always use eurochange to convert my currency as I always find they do the best rates. I went into exchange my money for dollars recently and was served by Heather. She made the whole experience excellent and is certainly an employee eurochange should be proud of. Heather was great to chat to and whenever I’m needing to change money in the future I’ll be sure to use the Buchanan Galleries branch.

Heather was great. I came in with the rate that Money Saving expert said was the best and was from Eurochange and even though that turned our to be technically an online exclusive rate, she called her manager to get it for me over the counter, there and then; so that I didn't have to order it online and come back. She was also a great craic. Highly recommend, Heather should get a big raise.

A great experience as usual - I always use Eurochange whenever I go travelling as the staff are so polite and explain everything really well. I spoke to Heather (once again) and we ended up having a great chat about my holidays - even ended up doing the floss dance in public!! Will definitely be back next time I'm off on my travels. Thanks for making my Saturday morning!

Luckily the company has standards and dealt with my order via phone/delivery, fully understand protocols as to why I couldn’t collect my money but the manner and attitude of the one woman named Heather who dealt with me was unprofessional, looking customers up and down , grilling customer as to why they have more than one bank account. Cheekily asking me ‘do you even have a passport’ while laughing to my partner insinuating I’m a foreign migrant with no passport. And after me being very well mannered answered questions of hers which have nothing to do with the order or her she hands me back my drivers licence and tells me to ‘sort yourself out’ . As a business owner myself I’d not train nor speak to anyone with such mannerisms, unhelpful, cheeky and I’d rather get a lower rate elsewhere than deal with her again. Do not recommend.

Staff at this coffee shop wete friendlly as i fainted outside and they gave me water. Then they got me coffee and then something tp eat. I am extremely grateful for all their help.

Used NM Money to buy Japanese yen for our holiday and collected in a day at this office. Easy transaction and no problem whatsoever. Glad to have found much better rates than with post office or banks

Member of staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me exchange my money on 2/9/20 when I no longer required it due to holiday being cancelled. Head office responded superbly. Will definitely use again!
