Horrendous professionalism and poor communication. I had to deal with Terri (zero customer service terrible attitude) on the phone she informed me I'd receive 65% of damages, I said I thought it was 25% to which she again corrected me back to it being 65%. She then emails me a word doc which has caveats after caveat of additional fees, it also stated I would be entitled to 60% of the total damages. I then emailed her to inform her of the difference and based on that plus the caveats I will be looking at other firms. She then phoned me, I told her I'm out and busy but she proceed with the phone call to inform me they will be closing my case. How childish can you be, it was your error not mine.

I have given one star due to a series of communication issues I had with Scott Rees. I escalated my complaints at the time with regards to conveyancing that Scott Rees were providing me. I detailed my complaint and all I got back were more excuses, no solutions and selective answering of my questions and complaints. I believe I was fairly giving them the opportunity to rectify the issues at the time, but they didn’t want to know. I have all the call logs and emails as evidence if Scott Rees are interested in where they went wrong. When I was in communication with Adnan he was responsive and efficient so thank you. However I was allocated a point of contact Aaron to deal with my questions etc. He really let us down at times and added to the stress of the process. I did say this to Aaron on many occasions and just got false promises back that he would improve. I was also led to believe my digital move portal would be regularly updated so I knew what was happening throughout the process. This didn’t happen and there was little to no communication from Aaron. I could barely get him on the phone when I phoned multiple times with questions and little to no communication from Aaron via email. We were new to this process and had questions we needed answering that unfortunately Aaron was not providing despite emailing, phoning and asking his colleagues to pass on messages. I am unable to recommend Scott Rees for conveyancing services.

If I could give no stars I would. Fully appreciate people have had good experiences, unfortunately mine has not been. Shirt version: They sell the perfect story and outcome. Communication is simply non-existent. 3 years of constantly chasing and being fed mis information, not once during this time have the company responded to any emails sent to the solicitors or even to the @info address. No updates provided at all about case - other than costs. Each time I have had to ring for information and was painful each time as simply no one knew. Different handlers assigned with no benefit.

The Scott Rees team dealt with my case for over a period of nearly a year, and I have no hesitation recommending them. Whenever I needed to speak to someone they were available and helpful and prompt, and have given me great advice throughout. Signing and accessing documents was easy, I was always clear about my responsibilities and each stage of the process was properly explained. Special thanks to Lucy and Lee who were there to help me throughout the process.

Absolutely shocking communication. Never reply to emails, give updates or answer any questions. Finally settled for a measly sum for a case worthy of so much more because I was so sick of not getting replied to, not only has this meant I've missed out on a lot of money, but also Scott Rees & co themselves, very smart of them huh? If you're looking for a injury solicitor, I would highly advise against using this firm. As for other legal matters I can't comment as to what they're like because I've only used them for a car accident claim, but, if its anything like they handled my claim I would seek alternate companies for any legal matter.

We bought our first property in July 2022. Scott Rees & Co Solicitors ware recommended by out mortgage advisor. I was aware of the reputation solicitors have so I was worried that these ones will not be any different. It turned out I was wrong. Abigail and Laura ware very helpful and responsive. Quick to reply to emails and any of the requests we had. Everything was done remotely. We did have couple of miscommunication issues at the beginning but it was very quickly addressed and sorted by the Scott Rees team. After that everything was dealt with in very professional way. If there was any delay it was because of the solicitor on the other end (I know this from the people we bought the house from as they ware not happy with they solicitor). Im not the easiest person to deal with but Abigail did deal with me in very professional way (and I know I’ve been a pain at times). Thank you very much to Abigail, Laura and all team. I can highlight recommend they service. We will definitely choose Scott Rees & C Solicitors again when the time comes to sell our house.

I have nothing but praise for Scott Rees & Co Solicitors and in particular Rachel Topper who handled my claim. Rachel was able to finalise my claim in a professional and expedient manner. All my queries were answered promptly and she always gave sound advice. Rachel is a credit to Scott Rees and I highly recommend her.

My experience with Scott Rees solicitors was excellent. They guided me well, often Hywel the solicitor took his time to ring me personally and explain things to me in simple everyday language that I understood where terminology was complex. The other side was difficult but Hywel and his team invested their time and interest looking at details which eventually resulted in a successful outcome. It just goes to show if you are good at what you do even the opposition will bow. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who may need their services.

I have been working with this firm on my claim since 2017, it has been a long tough ride. Some members of staff who have now left the firm weren't so helpful as others. But before i lost faith everything was sorted by Louise and her PA Elena. These 2 have been Absolutely Amazing. Really showed Scott Rees & Co as a Professional, helpful and caring company. They really went out of their way to help me, communication (which is key) was way more better than any other. Kailey Doyle handled our house purchase with the utmost patience and professionalism. Despite major issues with the sellers solicitors, she did everything she could to get purchase across the line and if it weren't for her the sale probably would've fell through due to the incompetence of the sellers solicitors. Kailey Doyle was the case handler/Conveyancer that dealt with the purchase of my house. She was honestly amazing and I couldn’t thank her enough. Prior to Kailey taking over my file, I wasn’t too satisfied as I had been ignored and told the same thing several times which meant they hadn’t done anything with my file for some time. However I believe the solicitor had left the company therefore nothing was progressed for weeks. However, as soon as Kailey introduced herself and took over, it was a complete turnaround. She was very persistent with the sellers solicitors and kept me updated regularly. She always replied and responded in a good manor and even worked extra hours & days to ensure the completion was over the line.
